Individually designed house from the turn of the century in a Dalmatian style with a stunning view of the sea. The surrounding area offers beautiful olive gardens, an old fishing harbour with restaurants, shopping facilities and nearby hiking path connections into the stunning mountain world. It is 900 m to the beach. The house has a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and espresso machine. There is a large garden with a BBQ house, two sunny patios, a small inner courtyard and a living room with a fireplace. Pets are welcome! To Makarska, it is only 5 km. There you will find a lot of shops (supermarket and daily fruit and vegetable market), restaurants, sport options of different types, a rich cultural selection and a sailing harbour.

From the small fishing harbour of Podgora, you can reach the beautiful city of Makarska in 10 minutes. Here you will find everything that you need, but also countless cultural offers. Podgora is located very centrally and is thus a starting point for daily excursions to Split (Diokletian palace), Dubrovnik, Mostar and the islands. Countless, easily accessible beaches and the nearby mountain environment with well marked hiking paths are recommendable excursions and offer pure relaxation.

Notes: The renovated stone house is well equipped with some antique furniture and a selection of dishes, pans and glasses. In the kitchen you will find all necessary devices, including a dishwasher. The kitchen counter is made of natural stone. In the basement, there is a washing machine. The house has central heating and additionally an open fireplace and a small fireplace oven. The floors are made of natural stone and wood, some with real carpets.
