Excellent apartment situated in Leblon's quarter (in the heart of Rio's south zone). Locate at a very beautiful and charming place at five minutes by feet from Leblon and Ipanema beaches. It is very quiet and reserved. It is located at a residential and save place, near (4 minutes walking) the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and the Botanical Garden.Internet wide range 24 hours and cable tv.

Nearest Beach : Leblon's beach at 180 Metres

It is at Av. Afranio Melo Franco, 170. Near the apartment there are one of the best churrascarias (grill/barbecue) of Rio, the Barra Brasa, several charming and excellent restaurants, bars (traditional as Bracarense and Clipper) and night bars. Leblon is very charming and has several sophisticated shopping and food options with the advantage to be calmer and less crowd than others quarters. Near the apartment you will find banks, drug stores, fast food, supermarkets and easy transport.
