Total ocean view department, located in Canasvieiras Beach in side of a paradisiac Florianopolis Iland.

Internet wirelles , cable TV, DVD and total kitchen appliances.

complete ocean view: The apartment includes all the amenities necessary to spend a fabulous vacation. Every room has an ocean view and the living room glass doors open completely to provide a spectacular ocean view. Air conditioner and heater is available in the two bedrooms as well as internet and cable.

Off Season prices: May - October = R$ 180/day

Mid Season: April , March and November R$ 250/day*

Season: December 1st – December 22 – R$ 250/day*

Peak Season: December 23 –end of February = R$ 350/day*.

Carnaval = R$350/day if is a 10 days reservation or R$ 450/ day

R$150 reais cleaning tax

To reserve this apartment, you pay 30% of a total rent. As soon as you make your deposit , please send me, a copy of your receipt by e-mail than I’ll send you a contract. I have a bank of America Account
