These bright and sun bathed apartments was completely renovated and are located in an historical building of the Pombalino style from the 18th century. The charm of an 'old building' stayed, especially the old oak floor and high sealings. From the appartments you have a view to the streets of Lisbon. The flat 'Diva 2' is in the 1st floor right, has 2 bedrooms and capacity up to 6 persons. The flat 'Diva 1' is in the 2nd floor right, has 3 bedroomss and space for up to 8 persons. The flat 'Diva 3' is in the 2nd floor left, has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. The flat 'Diva 4' is in the 1st floor left, has 2 bedrooms and capacity up to 4 persons. The duplex-flat 'Boa Vista' is in the 5th floor and has 2 sleeping areas for up to 5 persons. A special part of the apartment is its little romantic terrace with a view into the old city that invites you to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is very central from where you can reach all sights by foot.

This modern and sun bathed apartment was completely renovated in 2008. The historical building remains its Pombalino construction for more than two hundred years. The apartment has a living room with dining room, an spacios and equipped kitchen, one suite (double bed, more 2 single beds can be put) with a private bathroom, an additional bathroom and 2 further bedrooms (one with double bed, other with 2 single beds). All rooms have double glass windows where you have a view over the typical streets of Lisbon. The apartment is very good for groups or families. The localization is very central in the old town of Lisbon in the district 'Baixa', you can walk to any place of the centre of Lisbon or you can choose to take one of the many public transportations of that area and be a nature friend. From there you can reach the beaches by bus or train within 15-30 Minutes.

  • - The prices are for 1 night (for 2 persons).
    - Each additional person costs further 20 €/night.
    - A non-refundable prepayment of 25 % of the total amount is necessary by reservation, the rest amount must be paid before or on the arrival date, and afterwards the keys will be handed out.
    - A cash deposit of 200 € will be held back, for eventual damages during the stay. The amount will be saved from the local responsible and refunded in cash after the final inspection on the departure day.

...Diva 1 is an absolutely fabulous flat to rent!!

Diva 1 is a brand new, beautifully finished, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped apartment in the town center of Lisbon (Baixa). The bedrooms are quite large and comfortable (can easily accommodate 8 people). The bathrooms are wonderfully appointed. The kitchen is ultra-modern and contains all the appliances, utensils, features, and functionality that you could ever need. The living room is nicely furnished and is equipped with a large flat screen TV with extensive satellite service. The whole apartment is brightly bathed in sunlight!

It is conveniently located to all major tourist sites which are easily reachable on foot. All forms of public transit are closely accessible. Whether it's the 28 Tram (don't miss taking a ride through various beautiful neighborhoods of the city), the Metro, other trams, buses, trains, or even a ferry to get to the beaches, .... all are a short walk away..... the location of Diva 1 cannot be beat!

There are a myriad of great restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, internet cafes, etc.... all within a few minutes walk!! We had no problem finding anything we needed... all very close by!!

Martin was great to deal with regarding this rental. His timely, attentive, thorough, and very personal approach made me feel very comfortable in renting this flat. I have stayed in many short-term rentals over the years.... Diva 1 is one of the best!! I would highly recommend this flat!!

Amazing apartment in downtown Lisbon

We booked this apartment after many hours of research and it not only met but exceeded our expectations. The location could not be bettered (Rossio 5 mins, Alfama 10 mins, Chiado/Bairro Alto 10 mins, Castelo 20 mins) and the quality of the fixtures and fittings was exceptional.

We were greeted by Stephanie who immediately put us at ease after a stressful journey from the airport. She gave us a thorough explanation of all of the facilities within the apartment and a rundown of the different areas of the city along with a selection of restaurant recommendations provided by Martin (who is a bit of a foodie apparently!). We were given a lovely 'Welcome Pack' including wine and coffee which got our holiday off to a wonderful start.

We met Martin the following day and he was equally charming and welcoming.

We were very impressed by Lisbon and by the Portuguese people after a dismal experience on the Algarve many years ago. The food is excellent value and invariably good (you must try the Pork with Clams).

You must visit Alfama, Castelo, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Belem, Cascais and Sintra during your stay.

Tip 1: Use the escalators within the Baixa/Chiado Metro complex to get between Baixa and Chiado, rather than than queuing and spending money on the Elevador Santa Justa).

Tip 2: Use Tram 28 to get your bearings in Lisbon.

We had a wonderful time in our Lisbon home and will remember it for many years to come. Thank you Martin and Stephanie.

Diva1 Flat, Baixa area of Lisbon

After careful online visual scrutiny of flats available in Lisbon for my family of four (including two adult children) plus sister and bother-in-law, I chose this one based on the layout, quality of the spaces shown, location, and fair price. This property, as well as others by the same owner, seemed superior to others I studied. It was even better than anticipated. Comfortable and tastefully decorated, amenities thoughtfully provided, friendly and helpful staff. Great location in an old building with recently renovated units, from which we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue is street noise when windows are open (traffic, mostly), but we all managed to sleep well with the aid of earplugs when needed. We would definitely rent from these people again.

This designer apartment in the heart of Baixa Lisbon was more than we expected. The owners have outfitted the entire apartment with luxury level appliances, furniture and decor. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all you would want and 5 minutes to the train station.

Of all the places we stayed in our 3 week trip, this is the one place we would definitely return to, given the opportunity.

Our family of 4 were VERY satisfied with all aspects of our stay.
