Additional information about rental rates

• Starting from the 8th night there will be 10% discount.
  The rates include:
  - transfers from and to the airport (or other places in Bali) if you stay minimum 7 nights
  - hearty breakfast
  - hole day fresh drinking water
  - daily room-cleaning
  - change of bed linen and towels every two days
  - rates include 15% government tax and service charge
  
  'Special price',starts from 2. Dec.´11 due to new building of a Swimming-Pool and one Bungalow
  
  A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
  The final balance is required 30 days prior your arrival.
  Cancellations can be made up to 49 days before arrival date but will incur a fee of 50% of the deposit.
  Cancellations made after the 49 day period will not be refundable however bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability.
  Payment can be made by bank- transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Moneybookers or MoneyGram.
  The money transfer fees will be taken by the landlord if you stay minimum 10 nights.

  We also provide car/driver services at a modest cost.
