Only 5 minutes in the car takes you to the center of Cannes or Croisette Beaches.

Also next to the town of Golf Juan and then further on to the famous Juan Les Pines and Cap d' Antibes.

Handy Bus station downstair the Property either directions

A walk of about 10 minutes takes you to the markets.

There are daily markets in Cannes and a weekly market in Golf Juan and Anibes for your leisure with many bargains to be snapped up on your holidays.

A very lovely place to stay, luxury and comfortable, i hope we could return in another holiday (excuse for my english but i'm italian)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Yes I agree this apartment makes a perfect relaxing holiday experience and the views are memorable, apartment has class.
Great also for catching the sun on the terrace and spending pleasant evenings outdoors.

Breathtaking view for this house facing the sea. Surrounded by flowers and a
magnificent park side.
All the comforts of a luxury apartment.
Services comfortable walking distance. In a 15 minute walk to the Croisette. 5
minutes by car. Or in scenic bicycle route: from Golfe Juan to the old city
center and the picturesque Suquet Cannes Market ... along the blue sea of ??the
Cote d'Azur!
The beauty of a living out of the chaos of the Croisette, but close to
everything.
We'll be back very soon for sure.

We have loved our journey in this beautiful apartment .All was perfect , the mirrored wall give up to us the sensation of a really immersion in the mediterranean see , and the terrace has a breathtaking views.
A perfect location for a relaxing holiday .
Near the "croisette"but quit and peaceful at the same time .
I hope to turn back at Casa Dade as soon as possible .

We really enjoy our stay in this property with the "Million Dollars" view on the Mediterranean sea. Perfect location to enjoy the French Riviera in a very private way. Everything was as described. Easy access to the "Croisette", Palais des Festivals and the sexy beaches of Cannes. Private parking included, luxurious vegetation located in a park. Coming from Los Angeles, we are already planning to come back next year to the French "Californie".

Terrace and sea view made us happy there

There were 5 of us, colleagues from Russia and Germany, sharing this apartment during Cannes Lions week 2012.
The best about this apartment is: the garden around, real blooming forest i would say, the terrace - big and cosy, we had great breakfasts and last drinks there, watching the sea and the sky, the sea view - just great.
The weak points about the apartment - is the distance from the center (Croisette), it's about 30 minutes walk, the sound of traffic is heard and it's not possible to sleep with open windows at nights, and there were too many personal things/stuff in the apartment.
