Casa Mirante is an ideal holiday domicile for families with up to two or three children or for two couples travelling together. The house is very peacefully located on a private path that leads directly to the sea. The beach under protection is only 300 steps away and can be reached comfortably. From the private sun terrace on the roof of the house, you will have a wide view of gardens and dunes up to the blue Ionic Sea. For evening relaxation on the roof terrace, the sunsets offer a colourful play. The house has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and an outdoor shower, a living room with an open modern built-in kitchen, a covered terrace in front of the living room, a garden with a lot of green and the large sun terrace on the roof with loungers for a relaxing siesta. The entire property is completely child-secure and enclosed and offers a protected place for your car.

Be mobile: If you arrive by airplane or train and you don't want to drive, we can pick you up from the airport or train station. We will charge our costs for this (gas and driver). Due to the secluded location of the houses, we recommend having a set of wheels. We would be happy to provide you with bicycles free of charge; they are good enough for taking care of small purchases and discover the nearby environment. You should rent a car from the airport; at the Brindisi and Bari airports, you will find all rental car companies. On request, you can rent two motorcycles from us which you can use to go on excursions in the surrounding area. Please ask us for availability and conditions.

Arrive and feel comfortable!: You can celebrate from the first moment on by us. Your holiday domicile will be clean, your beds are already made with fresh linens... on the table you will find your first bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. Leave everything behind you and enjoy it!

If you would like, you can mail us your shopping list then you will have everything you need in your fridge before you get there, for example, for your first dinner.

The small holiday settlement 'Monaco Mirante' is located on the Gulf of Tarent, 3 km southeast of the resort of Campomarino, directly on the Ionic Sea. Other than the sound of the sea and the sounds of the birds, nothing will disturb you in the shade of the pine trees. From your terrace you will have a view of a rural environment: in the front dunes, beach and sea, in the back green gardens and fields, which are lost in the hills. It is just a few steps to the stunning, natural beach. On the idyllic paths surrounded by century-old olive trees, you can get to the small city Maruggio in about 4 km with its friendly and helpful residents. Here you will find everything you need throughout the year. The nearby Campomarino is a lively resort with a marina during the peak summer. Here you will find multiple ice cream cafes and restaurants from which a few are also opened during the shoulder season.

Other Activities: Go cart track and horse-riding nearby, bicycles are available.

Golf: In a radius of about 100 km from our holiday home you will find more than five well-kept, scenic, beautifully located golf courses, four of which have 18 holes. We would be happy to send you additional information.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • These prices correspond to the daily rent for the house, when occupied by up to 4 people. For each further person of 3 years and older are to be added 10 € per day; 5 € for kids under 3 years of age.
    In case of a longer stay of at least three weeks we accord a discount of 5% on the daily rent.
  • Plus a once-only payment per stay of 80 euros for final cleaning and laundry.



  • The indicated prices include all extra charges such as gas, electricity, water, heating and A/C, bed linen, all kinds of towels (for kitchen, bathroom and beach). - No further costs will arise.
    Upon request we can provide a baby cot, a high chair and a bicycle chair for children for free.

  • The bathroom in the house is completely equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and WC.. The practical outdoor shower is located behind the house. Of course, the house has its own washing machine as well. Towels are included in the price.

Upon your arrival, your beds will be made.

The Casa Mirante is very tastefully furnished with a lot of attention paid to detail. The decoration is kept in summer colours : sea blue, white and terracotta. In the modern kitchen you will find everything that you need for your holiday to be able to provide for your family. The house offers enough space to sit and relax while eating, talking, reading and resting. In the living room you will find a television with Astra and Hotbird satellite programs. Of course, there is also a stereo with a CD player.
