Hyères. A superb, large and traditional Provençal bastide manor house in a 3000 m² tree-lined park, fully-equipped and tastefully decorated, bright and ideal for relaxing with the family.

Beaches and shops very close by, all within the peacefulness of the countryside. Lots of charm: terracotta, traditional Salerne tiles, ironwork, furnishings and patina walls, stone fireplace. Large, secured swimming pool (5 x 11 m) with a shallow area, Jacuzzi and vast terrace (90 m²), palm trees. Large terrace (60 m²), shaded beneath an arbour with flowering wisterias, with areas where you can enjoy a meal and a cocktail. A flowering pavilion in wrought iron on a wooden platform (40 m²) offers a charming relaxation area which opens out to the swimming pool, the orchard and the pétanque court. The murmur of the river (safe access), the chirps of birds and cicadas in the middle of the orchard, pines and hundred-year-old olive trees resting on a vast lawn (1000 m²).
