Very peaceful 5 bedroom house surrounded by 6500m² of grounds partly shadowed with old trees or sunny relaxing areas, both very quiet and with a very nice view. Traditional French countryside, large terrace, secured heated swimming pool (13x6m). Free internet access and WIFI.

5 bedrooms, all connected to the main living area with 4 of them having outside access.

- Independent loft with king and single bed, mezzanine and kitchen. Can be transformed in children’s dorm or be used as a family room. En suite bathroom

- Master suite with queen bed, big en-suite walk in shower and walk-in closet.

- Junior suite with king bed, own living-room with single bed and en suite walk-in shower.

- Double bedroom with separate shower room.

- Mezzanine double bedroom with own living room and separate shower room.

Large living room with lounging area, fireplace and access to the terrace. Dining table sitting 12 with direct access to kitchen.

17sqm of separate but open plan kitchen with breakfast table. Fully equipped with all necessities, 2 expresso machines, second fridge in pantry and baby/toddler cutlery, tableware and highchairs.

Gated and heated 13x6m swimming pool, from 90 to 155cm deep with 2 alarms. End of pool has a sitting area where children can play or adults relax! Pool-house with covered terrace, bathroom and BBQ. Children’s toys, hammock and sun loungers.

The whole house has a 70sqm south facing terrace all along, partly covered; with gaz BBQ and two large family tables (one in front of kitchen , one in front of living room).

In garden under the trees there is a large hammock, outside bed and wooden porch swing to relax. Badminton game, “petanque”, table tennis and 2 country bikes.

Enclosed garage.

Broadband and WIFI internet.

Baby/toddler accessories (2 travel cots, 2 highchairs, 1 pram, 1 changing mat and cutlery/tableware).

Breakfast basket for the first day provided.
