The farmhouse, named Verdale in reference to a kind of big olive, opens its doors on 200 sq.m, where the terracotta finish matches with the lime and the old panelling. View from the terrace of the small house: Picholine opens on to the magnificent cliffs of the Hortus Mountain.

The property's surface is close to half a hectare. It is lined by an edge of oaks and located at the foot of the Pic Saint-Loup, the highest point at 658 metres in Montpellier's hinterland.

A hike starting from the 'Mas des Oliviers' (120 m altitude, that is a difference in altitude of 530 m) leads you to a unique lookout point overlooking the coastline and its fine sandy beaches to the South (Palavas, Carnon, the Grand-Travers, La Grande-Motte) and to the North, the Cevennes foothills (Mont Aigoual at 1567 m of altitude).

The Mas opens its doors on 200 sq.m, where the terracotta finish matches with the lime and the old panelling. The living room of 52 sq.m has a very pretty frame, olive-green battens and Roman-inspired apses. This spacious haven of peace will help you to relax. It can also welcome up to 30 people for seminars or reunions. Decorated with deep green ceramic earthenware, the kitchen opened on the 30 sq.m dining room. The table can seat a dozen people.

Down payment is 30%. Balance is due 1 month before the beginning of your stay.
A €900 deposit is requested at the beginning of the stay by a €800 cheque (not cashed) and €100 in cash. (If you don't have cheques, the deposit is therefore of €500 in cash).
The rental price includes all charges, that is:

- final cleaning after your departure.
- use of the phone for French landlines and in 60 other countries, except special numbers and mobile phones in France.
- use of unlimited Internet with Wi-Fi. If you wish to have the access code, then the deposit cheque of €800 is refunded 2 months after the end of the stay in order to check that the web wasn't used illegally, which, in the case of this rental, is of the tenant's responsibility.

Both bedrooms, located in the furnished basement (with a large bed of 160x200 per bedroom, one of which can be divided into 2 beds of 80 x200) are especially appreciated in summer for their freshness. In winter, the entire Mas is very pleasant with its central floor heating and radiators.

Notes:	The round pool of 4.60 m of diameter and 1.20 m deep is at the bottom of the garden, with a great view over the ruins of Montferrand Castle and the Hortus Mountain. Active oxygen water treatment is better for the skin than chlorine. It is secured by an alarm that will be replaced by a fence at the end of 2012. The use is exclusive for the Verdale house from 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. This bathing area is great to refresh yourself and relax but also for the children to play. Of course, swimmers will require at least a 25 m pool. Additional to the lake of Cécélès (2 km away) were the water is controlled by the French sanitary and social affairs services (DDASS), the swimming pools of Montpellier and its suburbs - and especially the Olympic pool of Antigone - will delight athletes.
