Very nice contemporary apartment, Clévacances, 3 stars, in a villa with pool on a fenced landscape. Very quite independent apartment, well lit, tastefully decorated, on the first floor of a detached house, 2500m2 garden and a swimming pool that is shared with the owners. Beds made upon arrival and all you need for your first breakfast. Satellite TV with European channels, Hi fi, Wifi. Ideal for visiting Paris, Disneyland or other cities on a day trip in the quiet country side. 2 parking spaces at the entrance of the property. 1km away from the RER - 1.5 km away from the N20 (Paris-Orleans)- 1km away from downtown and shopping facilities. View over the countryside and forests. Discounts for long term rentals. Paris 42km - Versailles 50km(1h) - Disney (1h)- Fontainebleau 50 km (45 min )- Châteaux de la Loire (1h15).

My family had a perfect holiday in Etrèchy. Delicious pool, nice apartment and very nice owners :-) we definitely want to come back another time. Stig E.

Edgar and Joelle Desrues are very kind people! They do everything possible to make your holiday a succes. The beds in the appartment are very good and the swimmingpool is beautiful. We recommend you to try this place too, we had a lovely time.
