House in a great state of conservation, (house for personal use) swimming pool surrounded by coconut trees with table and benches on the deck, barbecue grilled, pizza oven, 4 large bedrooms, one is a suite, all well ventilated and with ceiling fans, three bathrooms.
Comfortable living room, TV, combined with the dining room.
Picturesque garden, permanently visited by birds of the region of the Atlantic Forest.
Excellent location, 500 meters from the beach of São Lourenço, and further on the beach of Itaguaré with beautiful views and a river of crystalline waters cutting the sands of this beach, located in the last reserve of the Atlantic Forest.
In the month of January we can count on cultural activities of Espaço Veja, for all ages!
Note: We do not rent the house for a group of young people.

Localização da casa é distante da praia, cerca de 1000m. Casa na parte exterior bem conservada. Terraço e churrasqueira muito agradáveis. A parte interna já merecendo reforma. Louca e talheres muito simples e de jogos totalmente diferentes. Vale pensar quais são as expectativas

Bom, mas no mesanino tinha muito pernilongo. E se não estiver um bom calor uma piscina aquecida seria melhor, pois como é perto da serra a água é um gelo só mas é um bom imóvel.

Uma excelente casa, em ótimas condições com todos utensílios e tudo proximo! A caseira que inicialmente me preocupei por morar na casa dos fundos foi totalmente ao contrário, ela é demais, super atenciosa e todos bons adjetivos! Assim como a dona Camilla que sempre preocupada em me ajudar com as duvidas e alinhar as condições! Resumindo tive um excelente feriado e se tiver uma nova oportunidade não hesitarei em alugar novamente!!
