Large wooden red terrace with original design. Interior furnished with care and decorated in a Feng Shui atmosphere. Tropical blooming garden (about 1500 sq.m) planted with trees (lit by night). Unobstructed view towards the sea and Saintes archipelago with only lawn and greenery towards the South between the villa and the beach. Almost not overlooked. Altitude: 7m.

Petit Havre is a residential area between Gosier and Ste-Anne. The villa is situated just above a small sandy beach and a shallow lagoon protected by a coral reef. Only 40 m away with a direct path from the villa, the beach is shaded and often deserted during the week. The location is central for tours in Guadeloupe, Basse Terre and Grande Terre.

Discounted rates for long stay
A 30% deposit is required. A 1500€ security deposit is required by check (it will not be cashed) and handed back upon departure. Rates are very affordable in low season and remain so during high season. Prices have dropped dramatically since 2009.
Different services can be offered (food shopping before arrival, cooking and maid service during the stay). My long experience in West Indies and my presence on site will allow me to recommend you the best I can.
