Between sea and pond, 50 m away from the beach, this charming and luxurious villa welcomes you for your summer holidays.

In the heart of the natural reserve of Aresquiers, this villa combines calm and luxury in the preserved environment of the natural reserve of Aresquiers (ponds, woodland, 7 km of wild beaches between Frontignan Plage and Palavas). A few metres from all modern conveniences, you will find a preserved area of old typical Mediterranean villages with individual villas all close to the sea. The beach is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac. A private road also allows you to access directly from the rear of the house. This villa, situated on a spit of land between sea and pond, will delight the entire family. Easily accessible, it provides a peaceful surrounding but is also very close to shopping facilities. You won't need a car during your stay here, everything is reachable by foot or by bike.

Easy access due to the TGV train station in Sète (10 km), Montpellier Airport (25 minutes) as well as the A9 motorway exit (barely 15 minutes).
