You are at a 5 min drive away from downtown and from the beaches; or 15 min away by walking. Attention; the trip back is hard since it is uphill!!! Bus stop: 50 m away. Shops, supermarket, restaurants, beaches are between 1 and 1.5 km. Sète is 25 min away from Montpellier or Béziers, also close to the Cap d'Agde. Many attractions: going all over the paths in the hill with dry stone low walls, discovering the Etang de Thau, walking along the quays and the trawlers, going all over the many miles of beach up to Marseillan, discover, the fish auction, the marine cemetery, the Paul Valéry museum; assisting to the jousts on the Canal Royal, but also to many music festivals, jazz, Latinos, from the magnificent theatre of the sea...

  • The house is ideal for 8 persons; if you are more people, please inform us; for stays longer than a week or less people, please contact us. Pets are not allowed since this is a quite open house, and we do not want any pets inside, even if we like them; The mentioned rates do not include cleaning which is an additional fee of 150 Euros; as soon as you have chosen your week, we will send you the booking contract that we will need back signed with a 30 per cent down payment; the chosen week will then be blocked; 1000 Euros security deposit, you can have the possibility to rent sheets and to have your beds made upon arrival for an additional 10 Euros fee per person.
  • During high season, arrivals are from 4.00 p.m. on Saturdays, departures have to be completed at 10.00 a.m, at most; we only accept rentals for a week or more.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR1,000.00

They have a 140 bed; 2 are located on the intermediate level and each ones has a shower room. One has a magnificent view on the pond and two 90 beds, the other enjoys the warmth of the South with a small en suite terrace, and a 140 bed; at last, a parents' bedroom, with a magnificent view up to the Cévennes, with a dressing room, a bathroom, and a 140 bed as well as an en suite office.

The pool will seduce you with its exotic wooden beach, in L shape (5X10 m and 3X7 m); 80cm deep on the side of the stairs, where children can touch the bottom and play, then it goes down to 2m; the dining table can accommodate from 4 to 12 persons with its many seats. If you are not coming during summer, you will have an under floor gas heating system, very comfortable with consistent and nice warmth in the whole house.
