4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 8 ( All rooms have air conditioning)

This pretty non estate villa is totally detached on a 1000 metre plot with an east facing patio for breakfast and dining. A west facing terrace for the afternoon with the 8x4metre pool and large patio in the sun all day you can enjoy sun or shade as you please with the covered Gazebo.The villa is tiled throughout and well equipped with English TV showing FreeView Channels. A spacious sitting room with dining area and four bedrooms, one containing a double bed the other three with two single beds each. A baby travel cot is also available. The villa has very attractive views over our pretty gardens and within walking distance of child safe coves. Spanish, Dutch or Chinese restaurants; a supermarket that sells everything and provides a taxi service or a hire car on a daily basis; and a local train that goes along the coast from Alicante to Denia. The village of Coveta Fuma is very green and lush, very Spanish and very relaxed. That said the delights of Alicante and Benidorm: Golf & Theme parks are close by.

Coveta Fuma is a small Spanish village nestling in a beautiful green valley between Alicante & Benidorm. It's laid back & peaceful-but not remote, in fact the main Coastal Railway linking Alicante in the North to Denia in the South is just a short stroll away. It’s fast, reliable and gloriously cheap and the views are breathtaking, passing through countless towns & villages, Villajoyosa, Altea, Calpe as well and Benidorm with its non stop nightlife & Alicante with its bustling cosmopolitan harbour, promenade and designer shopping. You can visit a different village every day, shop at the colourful markets, relax on the endless beaches. The spectacular Theme Park 'Terra Mitica' & Terra Natura, plus the water Parks Aqualandia & Mudomar are also just a short trip away by car or train so if thrills are your passion enjoy!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • We require a non refundable deposit of 20% with each booking with the non refundable balance to follow six weeks prior to arrival. We also advise that officially, entry to the villa is 16.00 hours on the day of arrival with departure at 10.00 hours to facilitate the change over cleaning, however if all cleaning is completed then access is immediate. If you have an early arrival or late departure time, do contact us. Also let us know if you require a high chair or cot. In the case of late bookings, less than one month - full payment (non refundable) will be required. Transfers to and from the airport available.
  • The above rates will operate through to Dec 2013
    We also charge a £200 breakage deposit due with the balance six weeks before departure and returnable after our agents inspects the villa.
    We can arrange transport to and from the villa.
    Please note that our returnees receive discounts for next season.

We were a family of 5 adults and this was our first visit to the Villa and to the area.
What a wonderful treat awaited us.

The welcome could not have been warmer, the taxi that the owners Alan and Pat had arranged arrived on time to transfer us from the airport.
We arrived very early in the morning and the villa was being prepared but this was no problems as our luggage was stored for us and this enabled us to walk the short journey to the village square and get some food and a drink.

Once we returned to the villa we were shown where everything was and how it all worked. I have to say it is a beautiful villa and everything has been provided to make your stay just home from home.

the pool area has the sun on it all day and there are also other terraces that can provide shade at various times of the day to suit everyone's needs.

The tram runs between Benidorm and Alacante and runs like clockwork. The station is just a few minutes walk away and the cost is very reasonable indeed.

All in all this had every thing to make a really great holiday for us and we would like to thank Alan and Pat for giving us the opportunity to stay at their beautiful villa.

We will most certainly be returning but this time it will be for 2 weeks.

My husband, myself & granddaughter stayed in the villa the year before the new swimming pool was put in & what an out standing villa this is, in its own grounds & there is lots of it. Lovely breakfast terrace off the kitchen with great views and very spacious villa. Just a few mins down the road is the supermarket where they sell everything you could need & just after there is the rail tram which can take you all along the coast line from Alicante to Denia with Benidorm in between. Lovely town square with restaurants & a few bars & play area for kids with a few mins walk to the beach. We first went to Coveta in 1992 it was a lovely place back then & lots of things have changed over the years but still an out standing place to stay. Can't put correct date we stay in the villa as it doesn't go back any further than last year?
Owner's Response: Another great review, I am reminding Ann that returnees receive discounts! And she will be very surprised if they return as the pool is huge compared to the last one when they first came!

Superb holiday yet again!!

We visited the villa in 2011 and returned again not to be disappointed!

Everything we enjoyed the previous year was just how we remembered it - the accommodation is spacious and well maintained, beautiful enclosed gardens/grounds, swimming pool and the bbq area where we sat most nights enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The villa has lots to offer in terms of a 'do it yourself' holiday, the local tram provides great access to and from Alicante/Benidorm and other local areas. We predominantly enjoyed lounging round the pool each day (which is beautiful!!) dipping in and our of the pool when it got a bit hot and sun bathing in and around the grounds.

Pat and Alan once again arranged groceries on our arrival and transfers too and from the airport - this just makes arrival and departure hassle free - a BIG thank you! We had contact with the local management company who were extremely helpful and on hand whenever you needed!

Thank you again for making this a holiday to remember!!

Another great vacation in Coveta Fuma

This was the second time at Alan´s and Pat´s villa for our family. And again it was perfect for us. The place suits kids very well as you can lock off the pool and let them run around free. They can´t escape anywhere behind those tall walls! Everything was nice and tidy. We rented a car and that was just great, everything you need is within a 15 minute drive.

Alan was very helpfull, as always. It´s starting to feel like a second home!

Lovely villa made our stay!

The beautiful villa made our holiday and was exatly as advertised. It was spotlessly clean and rooms were ample sized with all the facilities you would require. Good location from square with its bars and restaurants (About 8 min walk), Tram station (5 mins) and coves (12 mins). The villa has lots of nooks and crannies where you can have a bite to eat or a drink. Alan was very easy to deal with and answered any questions quickly. Cindy was friendly and efficient and made the check-in/out process a breeze. Will be returning in future and will definately be recommending to family and friends!
