House 7 min away walking from the RER, in a quiet street in downtown, in a 1200 m2 garden planted with trees. 15 min away by RER from Paris downtown. Exceptional peaceful environment: wake up with the songs of the birds. Indoor redecorated in May 2009! 23 km away from Euro Disney; 9 km away from Paris, 2 RER stops away from the Stade de France and Parc des Expositions; 20 min away from the flea market (Saint-Ouen, Montreuil). Well located to visit Paris. Very nice garden: garden furniture, barbecue, sun umbrella, deckchairs and table tennis table. We live in a house in the same land, not overlooked. Space quite big to be quiet. We will be happy to give you information. Supermarket 800 m away. Market nearby. The countryside in Paris + the facilities of the city (80000 inhabitants). It is so great to lie down on the deckchairs in the evening after the great walks in Paris and make a good barbecue. You will find information to help you in your visits (places to visit, rates ...).

Car: not necessary

We are located close to the A1 and A3 highways. Close to the Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. 15 min away by RER from Paris downtown. You can visit the Stade de France, which is located at 2 RER stops (10 min). 25 min away by car from Euro Disney, etc. The Parc des Expositions is at 15 min away at maximum.

  • Discounted rates for long stay
  • The rates are stated for the whole rental and for at maximum 4 adults or 5 people with a small baby. We do not provide a cot. The rates include the tourist tax, sheets and bathroom towels rental. Between November and March there is an extra charge of 30 euros for the heating. A deposit of 30 is required on booking, the balance is due on arrival. The security deposit of 200 euros will be paid upon arrival after the inventory and statement of state of repair of entrance and will be refunded at maximum 7 days after the inventory and statement of state of repair of departure. If you stay several weeks the rates will be lower.
  • You can rent the house per week (500/400 euros) or for at least 3 days (300 euros). For the weekly or 3 day rental, the accommodation is available from 4 p.m. and check-out should be before midday.

  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR250.00

  • The bathroom is completely refurbished. It is equipped with a huge mirror, a storage piece of furniture under the hand basin, shelves to put your bath products, a towel rail, a trash can, carpets, a new shower curtain, a window (not overlooked) and you will also find a hair dryer. There is no washing machine but we can put at your disposal our washing machine located in our utility room. There are cloth lines south facing to hang out washing.

  • You will find 2 bedrooms: each one is equipped with double beds with top quality mattress. The bedrooms are not overlooking; each one has a window overlooking outside. You will find enough storage space, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe with shelves, a wardrobe, a trunk, etc. 1 bedroom is south facing and the other one, cooler, is facing north .

Notes: The living room is very bright (glazed spaces overlooking the garden). There is a large wardrobe to put your clothes, shoes, etc. The main window of the living room is south facing but there is also a window on the East side so, the sun enters also in the morning. You will find low armless easy chairs, a television, a coffee table, a carpet and other small furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped with a big vitro cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a high table with stools but we also provide a standard table with 4 standard chairs located in the living room. There is also a large window in the kitchen. The toilet completely new is separated from the bathroom. The garden is well appointed: you will find garden furniture with 6 chairs, cloth deckchairs, a large sun umbrella, a Weber barbecue, a ping pong table, etc. Tennis courts are located at 200 m away.
