Dordogne beaches: 5 min away by foot

Located 10 min away from the A20, 30 min away from the A89, 15 min away from Sarlat, 1 km away from all the shops and 200m from the Dordogne River and its beaches. Our house, for rent in any season, has an open-plan kitchen (washing-machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, electric oven). A living room (television, DVD player, television, and Wi-Fi). 2 large bedrooms (160x200 beds) with 1 bed of 90x200cm, with 1 baby cot, a bathroom, and electric heating. Garden furniture with ping-pong and heated pool (28º minimum) and covered with an electric shutter to share with the owner on a fenced landscaped land.

Nearby, there are many castles, canoe-kayak centres, cycling tracks, tennis courts, golf courses, aqualand, tree-climbing,

tennis, petanque ground, golf course, animal park, fresh water aquarium, historical and prehistoric sites, and different leisure activities parks.
