View of the Etang de Thau in quiet apartment building on edge of pine trees

The apartment is the only one on the floor, served by a lift that leaves you right outside the door.

When you open the door, you will be thrilled by the view, and pleasantly surprised by the huge space which you enter, flooded with light, with design furnishings. On your left, the first terrace welcomes you, huge, with garden furniture, flowery, very pleasant to have breakfast or lunch and relax while sunbathing.

On your right, a corridor will take you directly to the second terrace, different on the 'American style' roof, with succulent plants. There too, you can enjoy its pleasant shade at night and drink, seated on one bar seat, a small glass of wine. On both sides, the view is pretty; opposite, the pond and the small villages surrounding it; behind you, the Mont Saint-Clair and its beautiful pine wood where you can walk with complete peace of mind.

Dining room and kitchen area : it is a vast room with sliding bay windows, living room area with flat screen TV, DVD player, broadband Internet.

Kitchen painted in gloss black with American-style bar, high standard equipment with dishwasher, induction hob, built-in refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, all that is necessary to cook if you wish; en-suite and separate by a sliding door is a cellar with a second refrigerator, washing machine and storage space.

In a library, you will find various books on the city and the region, suggestions for walks as well as lots of information, good addresses and everything there is to see in Sete and nearby, or slightly further.

The apartment is in white, gloss black, on large light and darker grey flagstones.

All of this creates an uncluttered atmosphere, harmonious and very pleasant due to its brightness.

The view over the pond, the blue and movement of the waves make this apartment very lively.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with large sliding cupboards. The first one, on the left in the corridor, has 2 separate single beds and bedside table. It boasts a large bay window as well as a French door with electric rolling shutter opening onto the 2nd terrace.

The second one, with a large double bed, also opens onto the terrace; it is decorated in very pale colours which gives it a soothing character.

The third one has a large double bed, we call this one the 'parental suite', because it has an en-suite dressing room and one of the 2 bathrooms. It also opens onto the terrace.

The 3 bedrooms are painted in white and are each decorated in a different way.

To precise, all the bedding is of a high quality.

2 bathrooms in the apartment: the first one has a bathtub, a double vanity unit, a large mirror and heater-towel warmer.

The second one with shower cubicle, shower head with rain effect, vanity unit, large mirror and heater-towel warmer.

Other details: the apartment is equipped with a videophone, an alarm and a digital lock to access the apartment building.

The apartment building was completely finished at the end of 2009; therefore, the apartment is new. It is a small condominium, very quiet.

It is very well maintained, the terraces' plants benefit from regular maintenance.

It is located in a dead end. A few metres further, you will be in the pine wood, that will seduce you with its quietness and the good smell of the pines;

Nearby, there is a small supermarket above a large pharmacy, tobacco-newspaper shop, and a little further, a bakery-pastry, shellfish, newspaper kiosk, drugstore, pizzas, etc.

Bus stops can also lead you to the city side or to the Corniche side.

5 min away by car, you will find a large supermarket and, opposite, the city hospital, also in the heart of the city, with pedestrian streets. There is a very pretty market on Wednesday mornings.

Nearest Beach : beach at 500 Metres

Located in Sete, the “Languedoc Venice”, few minutes away from the beaches, the town centre, just outside the pine wood of the Mont Saint-Clair where pretty hikes await you, this apartment will welcome you with its unobstructed view over the Etang de Thau and its famous oyster farms. At night, the beautiful show of the small lights around the pond will fascinate you.

The Promenade du Lido goes all along the beach, the beautiful Sete beach with its fine sand. A cycle path was built there. From there, you can go up to the Corniche along which you can walk very peacefully up to the Theatre de la Mer (lots of musical events take place there), you will then arrive at Le Môle, where you can park your car for example, and go discover the city, picturesque with its Italian-style streets, markets, animated covered markets, typical with shellfish, fresh fish, the specialities such as the 'Tielle'. Plenty of restaurants await you at 'La Marine'.

Golf: The Golf du Cap d'Agde is waiting for you, opposite the sea, undulating greens, water obstacles, 9-hole course with a technical and varied design.

Bar, restaurant, overlooking the golf course, wooded charm, pleasant and convivial.

About 20 min away from Sete. The road goes all along the sea, making the journey very pleasant.

  • A 30% deposit is required upon booking, it will not be confirmed until down payment is received.
    The down payment must be paid within 48 hours, if not, the booking will be cancelled.
    A security deposit cheque, not cashed, of €1000 is requested. It will be handed back at the end of the stay after check-out inventory.

    Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
    The arrivals are on Saturday morning or in the early afternoon depending on the availability.

  • The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and well laid out, with large storage spaces. They are well oriented, flooded with light. The fact that every bedroom has access to the terrace is very pleasant. In summer, the sliding shutters with small adjustable strips can create a soothing atmosphere. They are quiet, you will appreciate this a lot. The decoration is simple but pleasant, we tried to stylize each of them.
