'LE NOSTALGIQUE' is ideally located in the heart of Cannes, the 'Carré d'Or'.
It perfectly suits business people since walking distance to the 'Palais des festivals' (Congress & exhibition center) is only 3min, the sea as well as to the most well known shopping street 'rue d'Antibes' being only 30sec away!

Everything is reachable within less then 10min walking distance: 5 star hotels, exclusive stores like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Rolex and Fred, restaurants, cinemas, night clubs, public as well as private beaches, the old port and the old town.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (there is a lift) and has 2 balconies and 1 terrace on which you can enjoy your meals. The living room balcony has a partial sea view.

LE NOSTALGIQUE is very bright and is equipped with air conditioning through out.
There is strong wifi (fibre since 2023) and international TV.
It also has its own secure underground parking which can be booked on request.
Sorry: ELECTRONICAL CARS are not allowed in our parking!

A perfect holiday

What a perfect stay. From the moment we were greeted by the lovely Bettina we knew we had chosen well. The apartment could not have been better located for our stay with the Palais dear Festivals 3 mins away, a fantastic supermarket 2 mins away and so many choices of cafes, shops and pattiseries close by. The area was safe to walk around at all times and peaceful. Wifi was great and all amenities suited us perfectly. While this was a mixture or work and holiday we hope to return next year with our wives so they to can experience what we haven't stopped talking about since returning home. Thank you Bettina for a wonderful stay.

La Nostalgie

We were do pleased with our light, airy two bedroom apartment with three terraces, and just enough of a view of the sea. It was perfectly located between the Croisette and Rue D’Antibes. I'm very close to the Palett MD festival. Bettina was gracious and very helpful, both incoming and outgoing and quite frankly ever since nine 2020 when we had first reserved the apartment and it was canceled due to Covid, my friend and I are so happy to have had another few weeks of pleasure in CANNES

Super stan na odličnoj lokaciji

Stan je na super lokaciji, sve se može obići nogom i cijena je ok. Super opremljeno, klimatizirano, garazno mjesto koje se posebno plaća. Preporuka za porodice sa djecom, plaza je blizu. Bettina super zena i susretljiva. Sve preporuke.

This is a spacious (75m2) apartment with sea view. It is very bright and modern and in a well maintained building. It has 2 big balconies, 1 terrace and also a secure parking. The market on place Gambetta is only steps away.
