Fantastic villa on 2 levels. 4 bedrooms with amazing sea views. Sleeps 10.

Totally refurbished. All mod cons. Brand new pool and barbeque area.

Walking distance to the town of La Cala de Mijas with beach, restaurants and pubs. Local bus service which serves Marbella( 10 mins) and Fuengirola (5 mins). 20 mins from Malaga airport.

Rental cost on request as it will differ according to time of year and duration of rental.

We have taken a typical Spanish villa and lovingly restored it to become a spacious, contemporary dwelling with every modern convenience, yet we have maintained the original Spanish character and charm.

We have opened the views up by installing glass windows and balconies to expose stunning panoramic views of the sea and nearby village of La Cala de Mijas.

Both upstairs bedrooms also benefit from these amazing views. The pool is located on a lower level beside the two bed apartment.

It is conveniently situated only 15 minutes from Marbella centre,25 minutes to Malaga airport and three minutes walk to the beach.

It is five minutes drive to the gorgeous port of Cabopino and twenty five mins to Puerto Banus. The villa is ideal for golfers or families who wish to be centrally located so that they can easily avail of everything the Costa Del Sol has to offer i.e. water parks, crocodile park, Selwo safari park, Tivoli amusement park, beaches, shopping centres etc.

The golfing in the area is second to none.

We can negotiate letting half of the villa, i.e., upstairs only or downstairs apartment only, during the months of November, December and January. Please email for details.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am to allow for cleaning before the next arrival. If you are departing on a late flight, or indeed, arriving early, we will do our best to accommodate you with regard to luggage storage, etc., but a lot depends on the time of the next arrival. We can be quite flexible with regard to arrivals and departures during low season.
Rentals Are Charged From Saturday To Saturday During Peak Season.
A security deposit of 500 euros, cash or credit card swipe, will be lodged with out management company on arrival. This will be refunded on departure when inventory is taken..
In order for us to keep rental costs down for the smaller party, we don't quote our utility charge until the number of people staying and the duration of the rental period is confirmed. A charge of €20 per person per week for utilities to be paid on arrival.. This will subsidize electricity usage, water and cleaning. It includes every guest, including children, as the management company must provide a service for EVERYONE staying at the villa.

Cots for the children may be hired directly from the management company at around €10 per cot. You may liaise directly

Notes:	While the villa has internet access, there is an inexpensive charge by the provider, Y INTERNET. If for some reason that you cannot access internet, the problem would remain between the guest and service provider.....Y INTERNET. The property owner and management company LCS have no control over provision or quality of internet. but there is a modem provided at the villa for your convenience. We provide a television set both upstairs and downstairs but one set...although only two years old...has developed a line to the right of the screen. It can't be fixed but we have decided to leave it where it is for the convenience of having an extra set for our family but we will be taking no complaints with regard to same.
