On the ground floor: two double bedrooms, nice bathroom with heated towel rail, washing machine, stairs to first floor: large living room with windows facing east, satellite TV, Closed. Fireplace, air conditioning (cold or warm air) and exit to large south facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Bed linen, towels, dish towel included. Toys and books in German. Cot and high chair on request and subject to availability. Outdoor hot / cold shower, parking lot next to the house within the system, a small playground in the complex with 2 swings. We even have a local contact your German!
