Our beach apartment overlooks the beautiful Playa San Sebastian.The terrace overlooks a garden with mature trees and the Sea. Perfect for a romantic evening or a family evening-in. It is on Caille Joan Margall which is a residential street with no bars or discos. But you are literally 100 metres from the beach and 3 mins walk to town centre and train station. It is on the third floor but has no lift. The apartment is to the back of the building ,hence the views and no street noise. It is a bright airy space with wonderful light. Airport pick up provided for small fee.

Winter let available for monthly rent.

Sitges itself is a mere 30 minute car or train journey to the popular historic city of Tarragona and 20 minutes to Barcelona. It is also very close the centre of the Cava industry in Vilafranca. The Penedes wine region is also a short drive away. Cordoniu, the famous Cava making family, offer free tours in English every day. And the well known Benedictine Monastery, Montserrat is a wonderful day trip. There are several way-marked routes through the Garraf and through the Wine regions. Port Aventura Theme Park is a 50 min drive.

This was our second time visiting Sitges in two years and once again we decided to stay in a property owned by John and Joan. Everything about our stay is this apartment was perfect. The location was excellent, the rates were very reasonable and the apartment itself was spotless. John and Joan are very obliging and were in regular contact with us to make sure everything was ok and to recommend restaurants and bars etc to us. We plan on returning again next year if not before then and John and Joan will be our first and only contact for available properties.

Fantastic holiday

We stayed in this apartment in August 2011.
There were 6 of us, (my parents, myself and husband plus our 2 boys aged 3 and 2)
This apartment was so close to the beach we would all have a swim early then come back for breakfast. Then it would be back to the beach for the rest of the day, popping back whenever we wanted to.
The apartment had a great living room that opened out to a balcony.
The kitchen has a nice big fridge. An extra toilet separte from the bathroom is a bonus.
Everything you need is not far from the apartment, no car is needed.
Joan and John were very helpful, rescuing us when we were lost. We stayed in another place of Joan and Johns the week before, both very different but fantastic places. We had a briiliant 2 weeks in Sitges.
Would definitely reccommend this apartment
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Perfect vacation for a family

We spent a week in July, 4 adults and 3 children and we had a very nice time. There was plenty of rooms, the apartment is spacious, there are 3 separate bedrooms, and a living room, all comfortably furnished, with plenty of light and in an excellent location, literally within a few metres from San Sebastian beach, which is nice and quiet, mainly popular with locals, families with children and some elrderly people catching some sun. This was very convenient for us since we had small children with us and we weren't looking for wild partying (which I am sure was available in other parts of the town for those interested :)
We enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings on the terrace with view to the seaside.
It was easy to buy fresh fruits and groceries at the local market, within walking distance, also Joan was very kind and helpful suggesting some nice places to go out and eat.
All in all we greatly enjoyed our vacation at this apartment in Sitges and would return any time.
