JERUSALEM beautiful Kosher apartment (95 m²), renovated,located in one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Jerusalem, Arnona-Talpiot, is ideal for families and friends. Enjoy the morning sun in the light-flooded spacious living room, the afternoon sun and fresh breeze on your private rooftop terrace where the children can play or have a BBQ and party with friends. A terrace of this size, 160 m², its fantastic view and variety of plants is absolutely unique in Jerusalem. The living room has a dining section and a “communication corner” with DSL WiFi, desktop computer and telephone. The three bedrooms have a king-size bed, three single beds, bunk bed and crib. The bathroom has a tub and shower, the toilet is separate. The kitchen has two parts: one fully kosher part (locked up when not in use) and a non-kosher part with everything you may need. There is a utility room with washer and dryer. All appliances are new. Onsite parking. It's a great place to spend your holidays in Jerusalem.
JERUSALEM Talpiot-Arnona: Experience the up scale neighbourhood Talpiot-Arnona, one of the most pleasant residential neighbourhoods of Jerusalem. It is a family-oriented community with religious, traditional and secular families “Talpiot has become a hub of Jerusalem night life. There are several shopping malls in Talpiot (among them Kanyon Hadar on Pierre Koenig Street and Kanyon Ahim Yisrael on Yad Haharutzim Street), a multiplex cinema, a bowling alley, and dozens of nightclubs and discos, including one of Israel's most popular nightclubs, Haoman 17, [and] Yellow Submarine.”( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talpiot) and many restaurants. There are two grocery shops next door and a supermarket down the street; Terem 24h emergency centre, pub, pizzeria and ice cream parlour are 2 blocks away.

Tayelet Haas Promenade: Perhaps, best of all is the Tayelet Haas Promenade, minutes away from your residency. It is a great place for jogging, joining morning walkers or go for an evening stroll, offering wonderful views of the entire Jerusalem landscape, including the Old City and surrounding walls, the Dead Sea, the desert and a lovely flat walking path with sufficient greenery for children to run and play. The park has many walking trails that traverse the area and wonderful shaded grasslands for family picnics. Peer into the surrounding villages of Abu Dis, Silwan, Abu Tor and gaze across at the New City skyline.
We had a wonderful time at this apartment. Everything needed was there, nice and quiet area, within walking distance to Promenade overlooking Old City. Max 10 minutes to Old Citiy with private car. (We had a car so we do not know about public transport.) Apartment is fully equipped and clean, air-condition only in living/dining room - one additional fan for the third bedroom would have been nice.
Perfectly equipped with WiFi. Wonderful terrace to enjoy and relax.
Will definitely recommend this apartment (or return ourselves).

Parking in back, the "courtyard" is actually a city street, we managed to keep two cars parked there during our stay, at no cost. Walk thru it to the next street & there is a "makolet" on the corner, with everything. Gas stations available easily. Easy drive/bus to City Center. Walk to Strauss overlook. Large, airy apartment, lots of light, quiet. Top floor, walk up, a consideration for some but not for us. Neighbor below very helpful in a pinch. Make sure you get directions how/when to use the water heater (instead of solar heated water), clothes washer and drier. All appliances worked. Roof is tiled, large, territorial view of the city, great to have available if you plan to entertain. Would stay there again, would recommend to friends.
We stayed 6 days and had the best time ever. We were two adult couples and two teenagers. The flat was big and spacious with lots of sunlight. The kitchen was big and equipped ok. It all is newly decorated, and very well maintained. The best thing was the rooftop terrace, where we had breakfast and barbequedinners. Only drawback is the neighbour who has the flat beneath the terrace. He actåed very rude and complained about noise we did not make. The distance from down-town Jerusalem is not far, and it gives the place a nice sense of being close to town and away from all the noise. It's also in a residential area and again it's also a nice way to explore Jerusalem. There is a big supermarket closeby - approx. 300 meters - but is not the best quality of fresh produce. The café around the corner from the supermarket has the coolest pizzas and icecream (though a bit expensive). Transportwise there is a bus just on the street in front of the flat and also by the supermarket. Distance to the old town of Jerusalem is within walkingdistance - 25 minutes and very nice.
Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. And would gladly go back.
if you have a chance to visit this rental appartment, please do so! We were there with 6 friends from Holland and everything was perfect! A huge roof terrace so for every free moment you can enjoy the sun there. It is about 20 minutes walking to the old city, but if you like to go with the bus, that is also availble near the house. In about 10 minutes you will be at a supermarket. I just don't know what to say more... just visit them! :)

Rental fee is € 100 per night, plus a set-up and cleaning fee of € 60
Minimum rental period is four days. There are no other charges. Free parking behind the house.
50% of the total rental fee is required to make a binding reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival and bookings for a stay less than 7 days require full payment at time of booking.
