Luxury villa apartment with panoramic sea views and small private garden

We recently stayed at Mont Boron with our daughter for a much- anticipated holiday. This beautiful home did not disappoint. The stylish furnishings in the living area, the comprehensively equipped kitchen, the well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms all contributed to a most comfortable stay.

We watched the sun come up and set from the picture windows and enjoyed the garden and terrace throughout the day , enhanced by the scent of orange blossom and jasmine.

We were able to travel into town easily via several nearby bus routes. There is a supermarket within walking distance.

We enjoyed the proximity of local parkland for walking opportunities and magnificent views.

The nearby church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour is worth a visit for its lovely interior . The church seems to be open most days, although not for mass. Mass is on Sunday at 11 o'clock.

We had a great holiday and would recommend Mont Boronn to our friends and family.

My husband and I honeymooned at the Mont Boron Villa in September 2010. The renter was easy to get a hold of and met us at the location when we arrived. She had a bottle of champagne ready for us in the fridge! What a great way to kick off our honeymoon! The villa looked just as the pictures do and was very well maintained. Beautiful views of the front terrace, where we spent much of our time in the afternoons. We absolutely loved the location. We were just outside of Nice and Ville-France was also quite close. We did rent a car, which made our travels very easy! However, there is a nearby bus stop just down the road, within walking distance. The supermarket is located just below the complex and very accessible. We did quite a bit of shopping there and prepared many of our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. There are quite a few stairs to walk up to reach the villa; however, we didn't mind... just a great way to walk off all the gelato we ate! We also took hikes in the morning up behind the villa on the mountain top of mont boron.. incredible, panoramic views! We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone!

This apartment was stunning and really exceeded all our expectations. We loved staying here so much that it was difficult to make ourselves leave each day and go explore the surrounding areas! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and maintained in top order. It was so nice to have our own laundry and not have a pile of dirty clothes to haul home. The patio and garden were a wonderful places to spend evenings, eat dinners and drink lots of wine. We would sit out until late each evening enjoying the passing boats, planes and helicopters and watching the moon reflect off the sea.

One word of caution -- there are A LOT of stairs. If you have difficulty going up or down stairs, think twice about this apartment. Even though there is an elevator, many stairs are still involved. And the elevator does not help you when coming and going from your car -- that is all uphill/ upstairs. But if you are like us, think of the stairs as a great way to burn off some of the calories from the marvelous meals you'll be making in this kitchen!

The owner has thoughtfully provided a hair dryer with diffuser attachements but if you like washcloths for your shower, bring your own. There is a Carrefour market right down the hill (totally walkable but you'll be hauling your groceries up lots of stairs) but it does have a parking garage attached that you can use for free.

We can't recommend this place highly enough. We felt very lucky for stumbling on it via the internet. WAY better than staying in a hotel. Staying here made our French vacation extra special and we'll definitely be back!!
