  Welcome grocery basket at arrival.
  Midweek cleaning and linen change.
  Use of bathrobes, towels and pool towels (however the pool is not heated).

  For more than 4 people occupancy an extra charge of 140 Euros/person/week applies.
• Payment Terms
  30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, through bank transfer preferable.
  Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• Cancellation Policy
  
  Bleverde will ensure that each cancellation will be dealt with flexibility and goodwill but our standards are as follows:
  
  For July and August cancellations are free of charges if done 45 days before arrival.
  Cancellation received less than 45 days prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee.
  Cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival date, 75% cancellation fee.
  For Non-Show, 100% cancellation fee.
