Enjoy paradise from this oceanfront condo only steps away from world-class snorkeling and surfing. The beautiful, exceptionally clean and well appointed condo is located in sunny Poipu, the dryer side Kauai. From your own private lanai, you can enjoy the gorgeous ocean views and the sweet sound of the ocean. Watch the sea turtles play in the cove just outside your living room. The snorkeling out the glass sliding door off the kitchen and living room is some of the best on Kauai. The warm sand on the cove's beach, only steps away, will invite you to relax and take a rest or read a book. If you are looking to catch some waves, the surf break (called PK's) is only a short paddle away!

The condo has one bedroom and one bath, a living room, dining room and a complete kitchen with center island. The living room and dining room has floor to ceiling glass with unobstructed views of the ocean. Open the sliding door and fresh ocean breezes will gently blow into the living areas of the condo. The living room also offers secure wifi, flat screen tv with Netflix and cable, and a hanging nest reading chair with ocean view.

The kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking supply or serving dish you might need. It is fully equipped with a microwave oven, stove, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Kuerig . . everything and anything you might need for making your own meals while gazing at the ocean.

You will find an incredibly comfortable King size bed in the bedroom and ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. The extra clean bathroom has a tile floor and bath/shower. The bathroom is stocked with new, clean towels and starter toiletries.

Other, fun and extra amenities include NETFLIX, swinging reading nest chair, board games, books, boogie boards.

This strictly nonsmoking condo has everything you might need plus you are as close to the ocean as you can get without actually swimming in it!

Great Location

This property was stocked with everything you would need for the beach. It even had walking sticks we used on the Kalalau Trail. It was lovely to sit on the deck chairs in the afternoon with the ocean so close. Beaches and eateries were close by too.

Needs some updating

This property does need some updating. Entry door and slider did create some problems. While the tv didn't work...the owner did secure a new one before I left. The bed was comfortable and the linens appeared to be new. The owner's communication was fabulous and a lovely view. With some updating this would be a great stay.

Perfect one bedroom place on the ocean

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. We’d spend the days at the small beach, snorkeling (so many turtles and lots of fish!) and eating delicious shaved ice from Riptides. Evenings we could sit on the patio and watch the ocean, or walk around the other side of the building and watch the sunset. We had dinner at Beach House - it’s on the other side of the building - which was great (recommend reservations). The place was clean and well stocked. No A/C, but with the windows open on the patio and in the bedroom there is a nice breeze most nights, and other nights we used the fans. It was comfy. Close proximity to Waimea Canyon for beautiful hiking. Noel was a very responsive host, and let us check in early so we could put groceries in the fridge. It was like staying at a family member’s house. :) Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Fabulous!

A friend and I stayed for a week in this fabulous condo. Sitting out on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee was the most relaxing, enjoyable, beautiful thing I’ve done in years. We didn’t want to come home!

We are a family of 5 who love the beach and enjoy spending time with each other. We met 24 years ago while lifeguards on Southern CA Beaches and now fill our time with our teaching/coaching professions and with our three adventurous teenagers/young adults. Together, we especially love surfing, snorkeling (anything in or around the ocean), hiking and traveling.

Why they chose this property

It is island paradise as close to the ocean and sealife as we could find anywhere.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy watching sea turtles swimming around while making breakfast in the kitchen and sighting breeching whales while lounging on the shaded lanai in the afternoon. We also enjoy the freedom of having a groundfloor unit allowing direct access to the beach and ability to spread out the lounge chairs on the lawn. When taking a break from swimming with the turtles and dolphins or exploring nearby beaches & waterfalls, we spend time watching our children look for shells and play in the tidepools while we're on our lanai or inside the property even (we really are that close to the water!)
