Rental Rates for this holiday apartment in Nai Thon beach, Thailand

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Thai Baht) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• A deposit of 30% of the rental must be paid before a booking can be confirmed.If the booking is within 60 days,the entire rental and damage deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
  Final Payment must be made within 60 days of arrival.
  In addition to the above rates there is a 10,000 Baht damage deposit which must be made a the time of final payment. If there is no damage the deposit will be refunded to the guest within two weeks of departure. If there is damage greater than 10,000 Baht the guest shall be expected to pay excess damage.
  
  Conduct and behaviour:
  A liability form will be sent to tenants for signing, together with the rental contract. After returning these documents and initial payment has been made to the owner, a confirmation of the payment and reservation will be made by the owner.
  A copy of all tenants passports is also mandatory to send to owner on reservation, or to be shown to co-ordinator on arrival.

  All rates are inclusive of:
  - Transport to and from Phuket Airport on arrival and departure day
  - Maid service- once a week-cleaning and change of bed linen
  - Twice a week laundry of all towels and bath mats
  - Cleaning/service of private jacuzzi once a week
  - Free access to resort clubhouse, gym and lagoon style swimming pool.
  
  All taxes and service charges:
  Please note: electric is charged as a additional cost to the tenant, a meter reading will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay and the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
