Great apartment completely refurbished on 2010 that will make you feel like at home.The Original light system to transform the livingroom and the bedroom lights acording to your mood.That apartment has a unique atmosphere with its originals ceilings and walls all the flat it’s fully covered with natural french oak parket. The american kitchen and the big living room gives you one unique space to share time and conversation when someone is cooking in the living room there is also a bright balcony that gives you a open door to the city.

The first thing you will notice is the TRANQUILITY of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equiped with a fridge, microwave-oven, toaster, washing machine and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is equiped with shower hidro massage. The living room has a special touch equiped with FullHd FLAT TV 26” with dvd and International Satellite TV with more than 400 channels also a comfortable sofa that can be used as two single beds

It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and a mirror wardrobe and the other with 2 single beds or double bed as you prefer and also a big mirror wardrobe to put all your clothes also a FullHd FlatTV 32” and a Sony PlayStation2 with games used as DVD The apartment is equiped with full electric HEATING for the winter and full AIR CONDITIONING (on each room) for the summer. We also provide you an iron and ironboard. In the apartment there is also an electronic keyboard Safe box A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds or 1 double bed as you prefer also there is a sofa bed that could be used as 2 single beds very easily and located in the living room/open kitchen.

How to go to the Beach from NOU de la RAMB: Going to the Beach from the apartment.

To go to the beach from the apartment is very easy and very well connected. In 10-12 minutes you can be in the beaches of Barcelona.

Just take the bus Nr 64 (BARCELONETA -PEDRALBES)( at 300 meters from the apartment) in the parallel street (300m) and after 10 stops you can descend and you will be in front of the beach.

    Security Deposit.
    A deposit of 150 Eur is required the day you come.
    This deposit is refunded at the departure day after checking the apartment.
  • HOW TO BOOK THE NOU DE LA RAMBLA APARTMENT
    To make the booking of the apartment 25 % total amount should be payed. We can only block the apartment for you in case the 25 % has been received at our account or the credit card payment.
    We accept payments with bank transfer of funds or credit card payment
    Payment Policy:
    The remaining 75% is done when you arrive at the apartment and keys are delivered. This payment is always done in cash in case you need other option of payment, please feel free to ask before arriving.

LIVE LIKE THE LOCALS-THE REAL BARCELONA

We used to own and rent a holiday apartment on Blai to visitors just a short walk from this apartment. Now we return to BCN as tourists and renters of other people's apartment like this one. We are therefore best qualified to make a honest review and judgement of Nou De La Rambla apartment.
It was a nice way to start a visit to BCN when you are met and welcome at a rental apartment by the owner. Joan gave a very warm and friendly welcome.
For us, It was a welcome change to rent a BCN apartment that was actually very clean, adequately equipped with many necessary comforts like satellite television, cooking utensil, heating and air condition, comfortable clean beds and linen.
It was also nice to rent this apartment which benefits from natural sun light and windows in all rooms.
And very important, it was nice to rent a BCN apartment that is located on a quite side street that enables one to relax, sleep and just unwind without too much traffic and people noise.
If you want a place that is only 5 mintes walk to the beautiful Mont Juic, the gardens, parks, art, cultural, olympic and museum district with the Bohemia atmosphere of Poble Sec/Mont Juic area and Plaza Espana- then this is an ideal place to stay.
La Rambla and the beach area of Barceloneta are about 15 minutes walk or take the buses or metro.
Many local shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes- all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Book this apartment with confidence. The area is a great place to experience genuine local BCN life, safe district (night and day) and avoid the tourist crowd and traffic if you were staying in La Rambla, Raval and Gotic areas.

We stayed there for a week with another couple friend. Staying at the apartment made us feel like locals. It is extremely cozy, Clean and well equipped. Joan was lovely. very informative and even helped to book our cab for the transfer to the airport.

The area is very easy for food, sundries etc. The metro is so near and bottom line is we just love it.

Highly recommended!!!!!!

What a great apartment!!! The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The location of the apartment was awesome. Close to everything. We could walk many places and public transport was close by and easy to use.
Joan was very helpful and prompt for drop off and pick up of keys...I would recommend this apartment anytime.

From my first email enquiry Joan was prompt and very helpful, I couldn't decide which one of two flats were right for me, my wife and two son's aged 8 and 11. Joan advised me well as this flat is true to the description on the webpage. The location is just a short bus or even shorter Metro ride to las Ramblas, the beaches and the Magic fountain at Pl. Espanya (thurs to sun from 9 pm. The public transport was fantastic. The flat is at the foot of Montjuic where you can find and swim the olympic pool. We were on the fourth floor (lift). The living area and two bedrooms have airconditioning and everything is as described. Just five minutes walk away you'll find local shops and food places and Av. Paral lel has even more places to eat. The aircon, playstation and location were good points and I could not find anythig wrong with this place at all and would highly reccomend it to all, if you book anywhere else be sure to ask how many aircon units there are in the accommodation.
