This pretty Provencal villa is situated in a quiet residential area just 10 minutes’ walk from the medieval town centre of Uzes. Its private, enclosed grounds with large swimming pool, spacious patio with sun loungers, outside dining table and chairs and BBQ provide the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

Recently renovated, the house has 3 large double bedrooms, making it ideal for 3 couples or a large family (baby cot available upon request). The spacious living and dining area is light and airy with two large patio doors opening directly onto the patio, perfect for outdoor living. The adjoining kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The house also has WiFi, international TV, DVD player and secure off-road parking for up to 3 cars.

Whether you want to relax by the pool, stroll into town to enjoy the history, markets and cafes of Uzes or take a short drive to enjoy the sights of the region (the Pont du Gard, Anduze, Avignon, Nimes or the Mediterranean coast,) this villa offers the perfect holiday location.
