The apartment is a duplex / penthouse very bright and has a sun terrace for private use. It has a large living room, bedroom with double bed and double bedroom, full kitchen and two bathrooms. It is perfectly equipped to enjoy during their stay accommodation. Equipped with air conditioning and heating, hot water, TV and wifi Internet 24 hours. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, hob, oven and microwave oven with grill, small appliances like coffee maker, blender, juicer.

Environment: Located next to the Church of St. Louis of the French Baroque jewel of Seville. And nearby is the church of San Marcos, Santa Marina and the Basilica of the Macarena. Access by car is convenient, because the street San Luis is one of the main access roads to the center. C5 bus line runs along the building, and within walking distance are the stops of the main lines. Activities and Attractions: Located centrally, so that a range of 10 to 20 minute walk, visit the main monuments: the Cathedral, the Basilica of the Saviour, the Alcazar, the Torre del Oro ..   • The base price of this apartment is for 4 people. Carry a surcharge of 15 euros for each extra person. Booking and deposit: To make the booking will be necessary to pay 25% of total stay by credit card Visa or Mastercard or by bank transfer. The remaining 75%, along with additional services you decide to hire where appropriate, be paid in cash upon arrival to the apartments, when you sign the lease. Please note that the amount of the reserve in case of cancellation will not be refunded. Read the cancellation policy on "conditions". At the arrival you will be prompted for a returnable deposit of 150 €. It may be paid in cash, or authorizing the credit card charge (the charge will not be effective if defects are not observed in the output).
  • Times of entry and exit. The normal time to make the entrance to the apartment (check in) is 17 at 22 h. From 22 h to 24 h, there is an additional € 30 (after 24 hours on request). You can also check the possibility of entering before 17 h. The output of the apartments (check out) must be made before 11am. Let us know on arrival if you require one hour after departure, we will do our best to accommodate you and tell you the additional cost to you.
