'Capraria' is located just over the Tuscan border in Umbria, and takes it's name from a beautiful white wildflower found locally.
With magnificent open views from the villa, and over the pool, the local valley is stunning.
The whole of the spacious first floor is available for one single group of guests. The ground floor is closed off and nobody else is in the property during your stay.
Inside:
We have 4 bedrooms. 2 of these are double bedrooms, 1 is a twin bedroom, and the other is a single room.
We have a fully equipped shower room, with bidet, basin and wc.
We also have another separate room, with wc bidet and basin.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen/dining room as well as a spacious lounge with original fireplace. We have a TV, DVD player and wifi.
All windows are fitted with fly screens to allow maximum ventilation.
Outside:
From the villa we offer a large, shaded outdoor dining area for eating out 'Al Fresco', with a large table and BBQ.
A wide lawn is great for the kids to play and leads to the circular swimming pool - complete with a shaded sitting area, sun beds and truly magnificent view!
Things to do:
If you enjoy Italian food, you have the choice of local shops offering fresh, tasty local ingredients, or why not try one of the many local restaurants and sample some Tuscan or Umbrian specialities. We're spoiled for choice here!
If you want to explore the area, we are within easy range of some wonderful towns. Among them are Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, Cortona, Florence, Siena and many more!!
