Magnificent villa nestled in the uplands of Grimaud/Beauvallon 500m away from the Beauvallon golf course and 1 km away from its sandy beach. Port-Grimaud is located at 3km, Ste-Maxime at 5km and St-Tropez at 8km,

The planted land (fig trees, oak trees, olive trees) 3000m² enclosed space for vehicles. On the property, there is a half court that is in mini piece of land of 9m on 18 to practice badminton, mini-tennis, mini-football, basketball, volley and handball.

The beautiful private pool is surrounded by a terrace offering an excellent view over the St-Tropez bay. It has an outdoor shower, barbecue and garden furniture with deckchairs.

120m² interior has modern and comfortable furniture. There is Internet connection. 1 baby cot is available.
