Nothing is left to chance, bedrooms are luminous and comfortable. Each one boasts its own shower room and WC for a privacy appreciated by its occupants.

Facing the golf and Saint-François lagoon, on the route of la Pointe des Châteaux, we are 5 min away from Saint-François city centre.

Distance to beaches: 200 m.

Shops and restaurants nearby: the marina, the markets, the shops and the restaurants are only 15 or 20 min by foot.

Sport activities: All water activities, surfing, fishing, scuba diving, kite surfing, etc. Horse riding 4 km away. The international golf of Saint-François is 200 m away from our villas.

    2h30 of cleaning every 2 days, except on weekends and bank holidays.
    Welcome on site and cocktail reception upon arrival.

    1 bottle of Rhum, and flower compositions.
    Nespresso capsules
    Unlimited Wifi Internet
    Bed linen and towels are provided. The Vosges tradition: 100% cotton bedding, 500g towels, with one change per week.

    Rates for additional services:
    Supply of additional Nespresso capsules
    Extra bed of 90 cm depending on the season (peak season: €600, High season: €500 , Mid season: €400 , Low season: €350 .
    Baby cot (children under 3 years old): 100 .
    Additional cleaning hour: €25 / hour.
  • Payment conditions:

    50% deposit to be paid upon booking and the balance 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
    Payment by bank transfer.

    Cancellation fees:

    From the time of booking to 60 days before the arrival: no fees.
    40% from 60 to 40 days before the arrival.
    60% from 39 to 30 days before the arrival.
    80% from 29 to 15 days before the arrival.
    100% less than 15 days before the arrival.
  • Security deposit:

    A 3000€ security deposit is asked for the whole stay.
    Payment of the security deposit upon arrival. It will be refunded to the renters within 10 days.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR3,000.00
