Discounted rates for long stay
For booking, we ask you to pay a 25% down payment with signature of booking contract which we are going to send you.
Balance remaining is due on site, we accept cheques, bank transfers and cash.
We ask you a €500 security deposit cheque (when handing over the keys) which we will refund at the end of your stay if no there is no damage of equipment in the house and pool.
You are welcomed at your house to spend great holidays!

At the end of your stay we ask you to please 1) to empty the fridge and keep it clean.
2) to remove all sheets and towels and put it on the table.
3) to empty bins of the bathroom and kitchen and to leave them at the entrance of the house.
Non-contractual booking deposit: 25% rent
