Our home is a bright, modern home with an inground pool, offstreet parking, large open first floor, stainless steel appliances, finished basement with gaming system, flat screen tv's throughout, whirlpool tub in master bath, outdoor kitchen with grill, deck and patio with plenty of seating and eating areas around the pool, large grassy yard, central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, a large master bedroom with large walk-in closet. We are within a 15 minute walk to the downtown area where there is plenty of shopping, ice cream shops, coffee and bagel shops including Uncommon Grounds and Starbucks. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance from our home. Our property is right on the Railroad Run recreational path. The path passes the Saratoga Springs YMCA and leads directly to the Saratoga Spa State Park and SPAC.

Saratoga Springs is the epicenter of thoroughbred horse racing in the country, located on the outskirts of the southern Adirondack mountains in beautiful upstate New York. There are beautiful natural springs to visit in the Saratoga Spa State Park. Saratoga Springs is also home to an outdoor concert venue, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). You can attend performances ranging from rock concerts, Jazz festivals, classical music and the New York City Ballet. A 30 minute drive will take you to the the Six Flags Great Escape Fun Park. A two hour drive will take you to Lake Placid in the heart of the Adirondacks and home of the 1932 and 1980 winter olympics. Saratoga is also home to Saratoga Lake and some of the best golfing in the region.

Notes:
We have a garden tub with jets in the master bathroom. We also have a futon in the finished basement. Our basement has a Wii gaming system and Bowflex exercise equipment. The house is on the Railroad Run rec. path which leads right to the new Saratoga Springs YMCA.

2 couples shared this lovely home for a week. It's an undiscovered gem. Tracy and Rick were extremely accommodating and informative. The house is exactly like the photos unlike some other places we have rented. The location is excellent for getting into and around town.
We have no hesitation recommending it to anyone and we look forward to returning, hopefully next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing
