Welcome to Banksia Cottage. The perfect place to relax, refresh and revive!

Built in 1898, this romantic and enchanting two bedroom cottage, offers a combination of historic charm and heart warming character, while being perfectly complimented with all your modern day comforts.

Conveniently located on the city's doorstep in a quiet tree lined street adjacent to a large grassed playground, Banksia Cottage is within walking distance to the cafes, shops, pubs and CBD.

Featuring two bedrooms, open plan living, fireplace (wood supplied) and a large well-equipped country kitchen, the cottage is fully self-contained and can accommodate guests for 1 - 2 nights or 2 months.

The gorgeous front veranda provides a perfect spot to sit and take in the delightful garden while enjoying your complimentary refreshments. And if holidaying with your beloved pooch is on your wish list, then bring them along too (small fee applies)! Only well behaved and quiet dogs need apply. Please review our pet friendly requirements prior to booking.

Banksia Cottage is available all year round for short or long term stays, be it for business or pleasure. Delightful!

A beautifully presented cottage that gives a homely feel right from the moment you walk in the front door. We didn't want for anything with all living areas well equipped to make our stay comfortable and stress free. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet neighbourhood and within close proximity to the CBD and attractions. Thank you Ange and Jeff for providing this wonderful pet friendly accommodation that can be enjoyed by all!

Charming period cottage

Fabulous location, extraordinary property

Amazing house in fabulous location. Quality facilities provided by hosts. Plenty of information on how to use facilities. All touches well thought out for happiness of customer. Many lovely touches for furry friends, ie treats, extra leash. I had a wonderful time, and have already recommended this property to friends.

Our guests love Banksia Cottage because it is enchanting and historic. The location is also unbeatable, positioned in a quiet tree-lined street, but only a 10 minute walk from the CBD, restaurants, parks and gardens!
