Looking for a spacious apartment? this apartment is ideal for a short break or a week to two week holiday for a family of two to four adults and two to three children or more. The location is close to Melbourne yet so peaceful facing calm waters of the Port Philip bay and tranquility of untouched country!

The Werribee Park Precinct is 10 minutes away where you can spend a whole day exploring the Mansion, rose garden, parks and the open range zoo. Werribee South beach has a lovely park for children with plenty of green lawns and a barbecue for a lazy and playful picnic! Zoo and parks great for kids and the mansion and spa a great retreat for adults.

Apartment has lounge and main living face curved glass windows facing the waters with views of the bay and the city views. The ultra new Curve TV with ultra high definition is so beautiful to watch any of your top movie or TV show with 3D glasses!

There is both Foxtel and NBN connection giving you access to fast speed internet for all your browsing and you tube downloads.

Galley kitchen with the bench and dining is great to cook with a massive fridge for all your fresh food purchase!

The apartment has three good size bedrooms with plenty of storage - all the bedrooms have access via sliding doors to the balcony that raps around from lounge to the third bedroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed each; the third has an office desk plus a foldaway bed. Main bathroom has a bath and the second bath has spacious shower. All the bedrooms have their own room heaters and the main living has a reversible air conditioner heating or cooling the living spaces.

Laundry comes with a washer/dryer and Kitchen has a dishwasher.

Apartment has two sheltered car spaces and if need be an extra space can be organised.

Disappointed

I was disappointed, as i am always expect from Stayz choose the best for their customers. However, the accommodation was beyond my expectations as 1- The property wasn’t clean: the balcony was full of dust, spiders web every where, birds poo and we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful view of the property, carpets was full of spots, one of the rooms was full of dusts in the bed side. I had photos for everything. 2- once i came in to the property I tried to wash my hand in the toilet inside the bedroom but, the sink was clogged and I asked the property manager to solve this problem and I complained about the cleanliness but she replied that she was not able to bring a cleaner and ignored the issue till i left. 3- We couldn’t get the parking access of 2 cars as the property manager couldn’t put us on the system and that’s show a mess in the check in process as she should be ready. 4- Online listing showed in the pictures 3 bedrooms 2 double beds and 3 single beds however, there were only 3 beds and extra mattress as a result one of my kids slept on the floor with the mattress 5- online listings showed games ( I thought board games) and when i asked the property manager she replied there were some online games on the youtube kids which was not suitable for my adult kids 6- Online list showed out door playing area which was not there 7- Online list showed grill ( I thought a barbecue) and when I asked the property manager she replied adjust the oven on the grill option

Spacious modern waterfront apartment

This apartment was clean, well-equipped, had nice furniture and had great views over the water to the city. Padmini was nice to deal with. We enjoyed our stay.

Best way to welcome the New Year!

The property was clean and accurate to how it was advertised. It was wonderful waking up to the beautiful view of the marina and fireworks on New Year Eve. Padmini was amazing, answering questions and queries timely and very accommodating. Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Marinaquays apartments is located 10 minutes away from where I have lived more than 30 years and have a good local experience. Werribee South is a peaceful calm bay area with a farming community and has easy access to Victorian Coast. Bellarine Peninsula and Coastal Victoria has many beautiful and tranquil places with both oceans and forests! Open range zoo and Mansion are only minutes away for any visitors on a short vacation!
