This well presented, large two storey holiday property features beautiful ocean views, three bedrooms and a study. Situated in a quiet court this property also offers a large fully fenced yard, double lockup remote garage, two living areas and two bathrooms. Entertainment can be enjoyed around the large dining table that seats ten, on the balcony over looking the distant ocean or by one of the three TV's with digital foxtel coverage.

But yes there is still more, the property also contains a fully equipped large kitchen with dishwasher and electric appliances, laundry with washing machine & dryer for your convenience, gas & electric heating and airconditioning. Gas BBQ and outdoor setting also provided.
