ONLY FIVE MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH

Immaculately presented large four bedroom holiday home only five minutes walk to the beach.

This tastefully decorated property offers all the comforts of a well equipped home including two separate living areas with large wall mounted flat screen TV's and foxtel coverage.

The four generous sized bedrooms all include an overhead fan and offer one king & two queen sized beds and two singles in the fourth room. The main bathroom includes a separate bath and toilet and there is a second ensuite bathroom with a double vanity off the main bedroom.

The main open plan living area is serviced by a large gallery style kitchen with separate pantry, dishwasher and gas cook top and oven. There is also a zoned dining area area with seating for eight, reverse cycle air conditioner and ducted heating throughout the house. Access from the main living takes you outside to a large undercover alfresco BBQ area for outside dining on those balmy nights.

GENEROUS OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING SPACE: There is a seating for eight overlooking a fully enclosed sunny backyard. The second living area also includes a gas log fire for cosy evenings in, and your convenience.

Also included is a separate laundry and a double remote controlled garage. All this in a quieter area of Torquay, only five minutes walk to the beach or The Sands golf course and a thirty minute stroll to the main Gilbert Street precinct.
