Relaxing West Branch Delaware River fishing.

Cabin is fully functional, has 2 bed rooms, one with bunk beds that can sleep 4 in a room and the other bedroom with a double bed in it. The kitchen is fully functional with a stove/oven, refrigerator, and a microwave. There are two couches in the living area and a table with chairs in the dinning area. There is also a 3 season porch. The cabin has a off road parking area that can park up to 3 vehicles.

Fishing: West branch Delaware River fishing is one of the best trout fisheries in the world, Balls Eddy boat landing is 0.2miles from the cabin. There is also parking areas available for shore fishing 1 mile from the cabin and a short walk through Public Game Lands #299 will take you to the bank of the Delaware River and some of its prime fishing holes.

Hunting/Hiking: Pennsylvania State Game Lands #299 is a short walk up the road from the cabin.
