BRAND NEW PROPERTY!!! Walk to beach.

BRAND NEW PROPERTY!!! This modern and very slick beach house will be the envy of everyone. Brand new and contemporary "Jesala" has been inspired by the architecture and lifestyle of California’s trendy beachside. Jesala is a perfect house to enjoy the best in modern living and also is a great place to entertain. There are a number super comfortable living zones which offer plenty of space to spread out and are all beautifully appointed. The house boasts 5 bedrooms and sleeps 12 in comfort. The ability to live both indoors and out over 3 levels with state of the art furniture gives you a lot of flexibility and really does emphasise a trendy yet understated life. If the house is not enough to make you want to spend all your time there, then you won’t be disappointed with the lazy 50 metre walk to the bay beach one way and a 50m walk to a large reserve in the other direction. Relax and catch some rays and then return and have a drink on the large sundeck and watch the world go by. Simply fabulous!

Living and Dining

Take your pick! Jesala has a myriad of living zones to relax in. On the upper level is a large open plan living area including the kitchen. The sumptuous leather lounge suite and the matching side board, dining room table for 12 and coffee table is definitely designed to impress. Large bi-folding doors open onto an enormous sundeck complete with an alfresco dining table. Again the attention to quality and design is fantastic. The kitchen is impressive with all expected conveniences. The entire living zone has depth and space with polished hardwood floors. Go down a level for an entirely separate lounge room complete with chesterfield furniture and its own private deck. This zone provides a haven to escape the sun, perhaps relax with a drink and a good book. Modular lounges, trendy artwork and modern furniture make this a great place to escape and find some solitude or to segregate the kids. For those who like to be entertained this property provides TV/DVD and CD in both the lounge areas. On the lower level is the entrance hall that leads into the kids zone, complete with bedding for 4 and lounge area. What ever brings you to the peninsula you will be so glad that you stayed at Jesala.

Bed and Bath

In terms of style, colour and quality the bedrooms are no exception here. 12 guests will be very comfortable. There is a kids suite/lounge for 4 with 2 sets of bunks on the entrance level. Up the first set of stairs you will find 3 queen suites, (including the master with ensuite) and a bedroom with 2 single beds. This level boasts an additional central bathroom. On the lower level there is also a bathroom. No matter where you are in this impressive house your will enjoy the space, colour and the wonderful modern ambience that owner has created.
