This tastefully decorated modern two bedroom home is walking distance to Gilbert Street shops & restaurants and only 250 metres from the beach. Includes a light filled open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area and two bathrooms for the convenience of tenants. The sunny north facing deck area includes a BBQ, outside table with bench seats and outlook over a small private yard.

The well appointed kitchen includes gas burners & electric oven, dishwasher and a large size stainless steel fridge & freezer. This lovely light & airy home has a TV, DVD, CD player and ipod dock along with ceiling fans, electric heating and air conditioning for your comfort. Separate laundry with washing machine and outside line. This delightful little property will not disappoint, park the car on arrival and walk to everything!
