This home requires a 3 day stay MINIMUM. Please check the calendar for availability. It is updated weekly. This beautiful home is located in the Historic Fountain Square Neighborhood which is situated in the SE quadrant of Downtown Indianapolis, Just minutes from all the restaurants, attractions and shopping and a 15 minute(Easy) drive to the Indpls 500 Motor Speedway, 5 minute drive to Lucas Oil Stadium and 5 minute drive to the convention center. The house and furnishings are all high end and top of the line. The home is equipped with a top of the line kitchen and a second floor wet bar come complete with everything you'll need to make your stay in Indianapolis one that is memorable. This home was built and designed with a layout of 2bdrm (king and queen bed), 2ba (Whirlpool tub/ shower and shower only) on the first floor and 2bdrm (Queen bed and full bed), 1ba (whirlpool tub and shower) with separate living space on the second level that includes an additional twin day bed and full bed in separate living area. Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home and we really loved staying here. We had four couples but the house could easily accommodate 3-4 more people. We spent much of our time enjoying the house and utilizing the hot tub!

We are not from the area and did not know much about the Fountain Square area. The only thing that I would caution future renters about is that the few blocks surrounding the house are not nice - many houses are boarded up. We did not encounter any problems but were just very surprised that such a nice house was located in this neighborhood. That being said, we would definitely stay here again. It is a great bargain and a few blocks away there are lots of nice restaurants and it is very close to downtown.

The neighborhood is a great area that is growing and is being actively renovated. We have lived in the neighborhood over 10 years and we love the neighbors and the eclectic feel of the neighborhood. Joyce and family. I wanted to say thank you to you and your family for sharing such a lovely home. It was a wonderful place to stay during are wedding event. We actually had 12 people sleep in the house and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The amenities were too numerous to mention but we found every thing we needed. We also had a after wedding get together and 32 people attended. We werevery comfortable at this event also.

This was a beautiful house with amenities galore! The owners were very helpful and pleasant to work with! Our family met here from all over the country, the first time we have used Home Away, and we were very happy with our stay. The house is beautifully decorated, with everything you need. It felt like it was a home, not just a place to stay. It was so much more than the pictures showed. Thank you for a great time in a great place! If the listing was inaccurate, it was that it didn't begin to describe how nice it is!

wonderful stay in a wonderful home

We visited this past weekend for a short vacation get-away (pimarily interested in visiing the Children's Museum of Indianapolis (which itself was great!)).

The house is as advertised in all the right ways! We traveled with our 2 small children and another family with similarly aged children. The home probably was big enough for another family of 4. It was super spacious with all the amenities, including a super large hot tub!

We received numerous great recommendations for grocery and restaurants. The home is only 5 minutes away from downtown via car. If the weather had been nicer, it would have been an incredible walk.

Could not have been any better!

This special home provided us with the perfect spot to celebrate Birthdays with a best buddy while having a spectacular time! I loved how well appointed everything was....beautiful floor plan, furniture, decorating, paint colors, hot tub....the list could go on and on!
We cooked many meals in the gourmet kitchen and celebrated "life" with good wine and great food all around a wonderful dining table. Had the added treat of getting to meet the amazing home owner Joyce who was a wonderfully kind, articulate and smart lady. She has a wonderful spirit and it was a delight dealing with her!
The weather was unseasonably warm so we walked everywhere....great restaurants, both downtown and in the square. Joyce gave us several recommendations that were fantastic.
I really hated to leave but it was time to give someone else the privilege of enjoying this pretty place. We will always remember the memories that we made in Indi....mostly because our home away from home was the absolute best! Thanks Joyce....we will be back. You are great to deal with and your genuine spirit will not be forgotten.....Kathleen
