* SORRY WE ARE BOOKED FOR SPLENDOUR * This is the perfect place to escape for a beachside break! This Highset beach house is tucked behind the sand dunes and Pandanus trees in the highly sought after location of New Brighton. The beach is accessed via a pathway in front of the property and the village general store Yum Yum Cafe are within a very short stroll at the end of the street. Upstairs is open plan kitchen/dining living area with cathedral ceilings, along with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A wrap around varandah with circular stairway leads you to a 'crows nest' look out on an upper deck giving absolute views of the beach and surrounds, Separate studio with bathroom located downstairs.
