Thank you for your interest. You'll be very pleased with the property. The location is excellent. This is one of two houses available in all of the downtown area.
Although this home is located 5 short blocks from Beaver Avenue, it is in a relatively quiet family neighborhood. Excessive noise will disturb the neighbors and will likely result in a noise violation. If you expect your group to be rowdy, please consider other options.

My wife Susan and I met at PSU as undergraduates in 1997 and after graduation in 1999, decided to stay in the area. After 8 years of working as a Mechanical Design Engineer, I returned to PSU and graduated with my MBA in 2009. My wife Susan has a background in Hotel Management (graduated PSU in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management 2000), a passion for real estate with an eye for interior design. She manages multiple rental properties around Central Pa and coordinates all travel arrangements for two local companies. We currently live in the State College area with 2 Children, Alex (9) and Ashley (7).
We purchased this home from an estate auction with the intent of renovating and reselling. During the renovation, my wife fell in love with the house's charm and location.
The downtown location is ideal for visiting friends and family and business clients, so we use these homes for personal and business use; however, we also make them available to others who are visiting the State College area and would appreciate the nostalgia of the property and the downtown location.
