Book now for 2013 Football Season! 1 home game left; Nebraska vs. PSU.

This newly remodeled and furnished 2200 square foot home is in downtown State College. Take the bus around town or walk downtown for dinner. Just 6 blocks to PSU campus. 3 Bedrooms + Beds in Finished Basement, 2.5 baths. Located on Prospect Ave just off Allen St in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to the downtown activities. Easy and relaxing walk to College and Beaver Ave.

BR#3: Two Twins with 22' TV and built in DVD player

BR#4: Finished Basement, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 twin pullout couch, and plenty of space for additional beds as needed. Includes 50' TV

TV Room: Full size couch with 39' TV

The home is lightly furnished. Kitchen utensils, plates, pots/pans etc are provided. I recommend you supply your sheets, bedding, towels, etc. We will supply freshly washed sheets, bedding, and pillows for an additional $100 fee per visit. Sheets/Bedding are supplied for free for rentals of 4 or more nights. If bedding is provided, fresh and folded bedding will be placed on each bed for you to make up upon your arrival.

Thank you for your interest. You'll be very pleased with the property. It was recently remodeled and has not been lived in. The location is excellent. This is the only house available for short term rentals in all of the downtown area.

Although this home is located 5 short blocks from Beaver Avenue, it is in a relatively quiet family neighborhood. Excessive noise will disturb the neighbors and will likely result in a noise violation. If you expect your group to be rowdy, please consider other options.

Thank you for your interest. You'll be very pleased with this property. It was remodeled this spring and has not been lived in. The downtown location is excellent. Nothing else I've seen listed can compare.

Bedding is free for rentals of 4 nights or more. If bedding is preferred, it can be supplied for a nominal fee of $100. Supplied fresh and folded bedding will be left on each bed for you to make up upon your arrival. For lengthy stays, housekeeping can be provided for $75 per cleaning.

This house was just fantastic. We had three families with a boatload of kids. Plenty of room for the kids and adults. The house was very clean and nice. Quick walk to College Avenue, which was great for getting some dinner and shopping. Nice quiet neighborhood (some noise on the street on Saturday night...but hey...it is a college town!)
Would defiantly recommend, and hope to come back and stay again.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

THON weekend

Our family of 8 (four children ages 4-13 and two generations of adults) rented this home for THON weekend at Penn State. The home was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Lots of character and charm! Kitchen was beautiful! (The pots and pans were heavily scratched, but we have found this is often the case when renting a home). The location was ideal for us--just a quick drive to PSU campus. Owners were very friendly and flexible with our departure time. We would definitely recommend this property to others. It worked perfectly for our family!

My friends and I were very impressed with the house. It is completely redone and has every ammenity you would need. It is in a great area very close to town and accomodated 5 people very comfortably. I look forward to staying here next year. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic house, highly recommend it. Plenty of beds to fit people. Very nice house, great ambiance. Yard and deck are has everything you need. Landlords are very responsive, personable, and helpful about everything. Easy arrival and exit. Best house I've rented in State College hands down.
