Apartment with service and hotel infrastructure, with a double bed in suite, a second bedroom, reversible for a couple and sofa-bed for 3 people in the living room. We have cot available. Complete kitchen, Cable TV, WIFI, free local phone calls, 3 air conditioners, ceiling fans. It overlooks the mountains of Rio de Janeiro. Location is exceptional, in the most valued, safe and sophisticated area in Rio. It is only 2 blocks from the beach, one block from the Leblon Mall and close to plenty of bars, restaurants, theaters and famous shops. The building has 24 luxury reception, total security with CCTV, maid service daily, messenger service, two heated swimming pools, breakfast with restaurant (not included) and dry and steam saunas. There are garages available for rent apart, with reservation.
The daily rate varies in season, total number of days of accommodation and number of guests.
Carnival and New Year's Eve: minimum of 7 nights.

Fantastic location if in need of TLC

This flat is in a prime location in Rio. It is fairly spacious and did the job for us as we were mostly just sleeping there, but the flat is in need of some good TLC. The owner's secretary was super nice and helpful throughout our stay.

O quarto complementar na sala não funcionou. A parede móvel estava fixa e não permitiu que o quarto ficasse isolado da sala. A roupa de cama foi cara e de baixa qualidade. Os splits não funcionavam. O sofá cama do quarto adicional não é nada confortável.

Estadia

Imóvel muito bem localizado, arejado e limpo. Está próximo ao metro e algumas linhas de Ônibus. A região é muito bem estruturada com opções lanchonetes e restaurantes, mas também o Luis disponibiliza fogão, micro-ondas e forno no apto. Ao lado tbm tem o Shopping Leblon. O único problema que tivemos foi com o WIFI, porém o prédio tb possui serviço de manutenção, nesse caso apenas avisa-los que eles vão arrumar. O Luis foi muito solicito e de fácil acesso, comunicação. Recomendo muito o apto.
