REMODELED IN 2012, Ocean View, next to San Juan Hotel and Restaurants...

the owner juan is a great guy,eazy to work with,quick responds to my email,always avalible.the condo is simple,but very clean,good location,security at night,eazy parking with a car.huge and clean pool,good selection cabel.we were very satisfied,good value for the money.thanks juan

Condo - centrally located in Isla Verde and convenient to the main street for groceries, restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close and you can access it one block east of the building. The building was also very secure and we never felt unsafe. The pictures are of the unit are very accurate. There were some issues with the toilet but Juan did warn us about it beforehand.

Juan - very friendly and helpful during our stay. Directed us to ESJ Towers for local tours and was kind enough to take us to the airport after our stay. Communication was a bit difficult as English was both our second languages but we were able to work through it.

I had a fantastic vacation in Puerto Rico! It was my first time and won’t be my last! The condo is exactly as described and is within walking distance of a casino, many restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. For beach access walk one block east to Calle Rosa. The water was warm enough to swim even in late January/early February. The balcony is the perfect place to relax with a drink and watch the sun set. As a woman travelling alone, I was quite concerned about security but felt very at ease here. The condo property is gated and there is a guard during the evening. The owner Juan is responsive and professional, a pleasure to work with. He even sent a text during my stay to make sure everything was fine. While in San Juan I did a half day tour of El Yunque (through Viator) and spent the afternoon in Old San Juan – both I highly recommend. The bus is available to get to San Juan for only 75 cents, although it can be crowded and the schedule unpredictable. Taxis are more expensive, so travel with a group if you can. The restaurant next door to the condo (Lupies?) has good food and drinks. Although close to the airport, I had no problems with airplane noise. As with any city, there was some street noise, but if you run the fan/ac unit in the bedroom at night, you won’t hear a thing. I would definitely stay here again, or at any other property Juan has to offer.
