2). The apartment has been totally rebuilt. Includes 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, free parking. Its equipped with everything necessary for the enjoyment of our guests.

3). Enjoy morning of a beautiful sea view from the bedroom, lying in bed, or from the balcony. At night, sit on the balcony to admire the lighting of the city, San Juan Hotel Resort & Casino, restaurants, people walking in the area, or just take the elevator down to enjoy the social life offered by the Isla Verde area.

Great days in Puerto Rico!

This condo is in an ideal location. Close to everything and a car is not needed but useful depending on your plans. The unit has all the basics and is very clean. Juan is an excellent host and will help in any way he can. I highly recommend Juan's place and when you consider the price it's an great bargain. We will certainly return.

perfect location

we stayed at this condo for 8 nights. the condo was as advertised, clean ,safe ,and located perfectly for access to 2 beautiful beaches as well as an unlimited array of restaurants and bars. we used to pool a couple of times and it was also clean. it also had a shower area where we could wash sand from the beach chairs provided with the condo. another bonus feature. Juan and his assistant were a pleasure to deal with, the booking , check-in and checkout was a breeze. we did not rent a car this trip, but having a secure parking space would be a big plus if you did rent one. The cost of the rental was great and we look forward to returning. thanks Juan for all you help yours tony and eileen

PRIME location for a STEAL!!

My husband and I are newly married. We stayed at Juan's apartment 2 years ago and absolutely had to come back. The apartment is very clean and organized. When I tell you that you won't find a better deal then this, I'm not kidding. I am very familiar with the island as I am Puerto Rican. Isla Verde is a beautiful area but hotels are so expensive. Juan's apartment has a full kitchen, balcony, huge closets, FREE parking, free wifi, cable, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Drinks, chairs and umbrellas at the beach are ALL so overpriced. Everyone is trying to make a buck off of tourists. We went food shoping (the supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away) and bought breakfast food and beach snacks. Saved us TONS of money.

We took the bus everywhere. 75 cents each way, exact change only. The T45 takes you to Pinones which is where you can find authentic puerto rican fried food and seafood for cheap. Both the T5 and 53 bus take you to Old San Juan. If you want fine dining, Old San Juan has dozens of amazing places as well. And of course there are great restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. There's a Walgreens just 3 minutes walking distance if you forget suncreen or just want to pick up some last minute things. The reviews speak for themselves. Juan is amazing and we know that we will be lifelong clients of his!

Perfect Location

We stayed here in Dec 2014 for 8 days. This is the perfect location to get to everything you need. We didn't even rent a car, we took the bus which was .75 each way to Old San Juan (u need exact change for the bus). We went thru Castillo Tours to the Rain Forest and and Laquillo beach. Everyone in PR is so helpful and the friendliest people we've ever met.

The condo was perfectly clean, well stocked and gorgeous. Great view from the balcony too. Juan was amazing and extremely helpful, he explained everything once we got there abt the condo like WiFi, things to see and do and answered any questions we had. Very friendly and extremely eager to make sure we were pleased with everything. He even checked in on us via text to see how we were and making sure we were having a good time.

Our favorite restaurant that is very nice and priced reasonably was Metropol. Another restaurant that's even closer that has the best value with $8-$9 specials and the meals are spectacular is Basilias (went there 3 times).

We will definitely be coming back to PR and will definitely stay at this condo again.

Great Apartment, bargain price, great service!

We've stayed in this apartment twice. It's location is perfect for anyone looking for great fun or just a romantic get away. Among others things it features 24 hour security, free parking, included beach chairs, and a large pool. The place is just furnished and equipped with everything you may need...full kitchen, 2 spacious closets, a medium sized balcony with a spectacular ocean view and a nice bedroom with a comfortable bed from which you can view the Caribbean Sea. There's also free Wi-Fi and Direct TV. If you won't travel far and do not rent a car, you could just hail a cab or catch a bus or a trolley right in front of the building's gate. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon as Isla Verde has become our most cherished beach in the Caribbean.

Perfect Get Away on a Budget

Great place on a budget. Easy location to find and clean and remodeled. It's in between the ESJ and Lupis restaurant parking lot can be easily missed. If you want a great place for dinner/Roof top Lounge check out the Zest restaurant located at the WaterBeach hotel located on 2 Tartak Street • Isla Verde, San Juan, Carolina, Puerto Rico 00979. I can't wait to return to Puerto Rico!
