In the heart of Cannes, 1 min walking to the sea front, 3 min to the festival hall. This stylish and modern apartment is located in the most prestigious area of Cannes: 'Le Carré d'Or'. 5 star hotels, glamorous shops, stylish restaurants and the famous rue d'Antibes are all only minutes away. No need for a car. The ideal place for business people and families on holiday. 'L'Azur' is on the 4th floor of a recently renovated classical building.

The entrance is elegant and the modern lift is of a very comfortable size. The apartment has 3 small balconies. Kitchen and living room are south-west facing. L'Azur is very bright with open view over roof tops and all the way to the hills. There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds (convertible into doubles) + 1 double sofa bed. All beds are 2m long! The apartment is fully equipped with internet, A/C, dryer, iron-board, hair-dryer etc. etc. There is a secure garage: hight restriction: 75cm and quite narrow (a Landrover fits!). Ask if a bigger parking is available. Last minute enquiries are welcome. Long term rental is possible during the winter season.

There is NO space for a baby-bed! Ask about apartment LE NOSTALGIQUE (p72367).

This apartment has a baby-bed, high chair, baby cutlery etc. and more space.

Clients comments: We booked l'AZUR for 2 weeks last summer 2010. The apartment was just perfect for us. Modern, clean and bright. Couldn't have been more central. Very, very good location. The sea is just a few steps away and you really won't need a car. Bars, restaurants, dance clubs and shopping is all around you but the apartment is really quite. Up in the 4th floor with no visa-vi and double glazing.

We at times took the train to see Antibes and Monaco. All in easy reach. We walked 5 to 10 min from the station to the town centre.

All to say: we loved it and wish to come back and YES, we will make publicity and send family and friends.

Der Markt gleich um die Ecke war super! Danke für den Tip! Frische Croissants, Baguette, Wein, Fisch... Tolles frisches Gemüse, echt so wie man sich die Cote d'Azur vorstellt.

Danke für den Tip! Mougin nördlich von Cannes ist echt einen Besuch wert! Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und WOW: Gemälde, Statuen, super Aussicht, echt nettes Dorf und natürlich wieder 'gutes Essen'!!!

Eine Woche hat nicht gereicht! Wir kommen wieder.

L'Azur has an excellent location. Only 1min walking distance to 'La Croisettes', the sea front of Cannes and only 3 min walking to the congress hall 'Le Palais des Festivals'. This 2 bedroom apartment is within what is know to be the very elegant 'Carré d'Or'. You won't need a car. The very best restaurants, well-known night clubs, the most glamorous boutiques like Cartier, Fred, Yves St. Laurant and all the best 5 star hotels are in easy reach. The old town and the old harbour, the famous shopping street: 'rue d'Antibes' as well as the main train and bus station, all within 15 min walking distance.

This apartment has 2 modern en suite shower rooms and a very elegant kitchen (feb 2011). Both apartments can be rented out 'together'. Total sleeping capacity: 10 to 12. Walking distance from one apartment to the other: 1 min.

Mein Freund und ich kamen zum ersten Mal nach Cannes. Was für eine herrliche Stadt!!! Tolle Straende, sehr gutes Essen, sagenhaftes Ambiente!!! Die Wohnung L'AZUR ist einfach super. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wurde tatsaechlich an alles gedacht: Waeschetrockner, Bügeleisen, Waescheklammern... Die Lage ist 1A!!! Man braucht tatsaechlich kein Auto. Zum Bus- und Bahnhof sind es nur 5min zu Fuss. Das Meer, die Laeden und Restaurants sind alle gerade um die Ecke. Es hat sogar ein Kino das Filme in Originalversion zeigt. Wir planen naechstes Jahr mit Freunden wieder zu kommen. Vielleicht werden wir sogar eine groessere Gruppe und auch die zweite Wohnung LE NOSTALGIQUE in der gleichen Strasse mit mieten. Der zweite Urlaub in Cannes...

.....der zweite Urlaub in Cannes; dieses Mal sehr kurzfristig, jedoch ähnlich einfach dank Bettina.
Wir hatten 2012 die Wohnung "L'Azur", die etwas kleinere Variante von " Le Nostalgique". Angekommen und der Urlaub begann. Von Bettina war alles vorbereitet, die Übergabe incl. aller nötigen Informationen schnell erledigt, die Wohnung in einem prima Zustand, alles "easy".
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt; eine Minute zur Rue d' Antibe; drei Minuten zum Strand; ruhig gelegen, klimatisiert. Vermisst haben wir die Terasse von Le Nostalgique, aber Bettina hat bestimmt irgendwann eine Idee :-) . Wiederum ein schöner Urlaub; es ist einfach klasse, nach 900km Fahrt vorzufinden, was man erwartet (incl. einem netten Lächeln und tollem Engagement). Vielen Dank und bis bald !

Voor de tweede achter elkaar zijn we weer naar Cannes met vakantie geweest. We hebben ook deze keer weer het apartement L'Azur gehuurd en weer kijken we terug op een heerlijke vakantie! De ligging van het apartement is fantastisch centraal gelegen. Met een paar minuten lopen van het strand en midden in het centrum van Cannes, hebben we onze auto geen minuut gemist. Het apartement is schoon en van alles voorzien. Kortom...ook dit jaar kijken we weer terug op een heerlijke tijd in Cannes!

We hoped to find an apartment where we can walk 2 minutes to a bakery, to a super market, to the beach and the best restaurants. OK this may not be possible. Guess what - we got all that, plus an air condition which we were more than thankful for (you die without one), a super clean apartment and the daily fresh produce market an extra 1 minute walk away. You walk 50 meter or so and you are right at Rue d Antibes - the best shopping street in Cannes. It can't get better than that - hence my title "location, location, location".

The other thing worth mentioning is the management. Bettina does an awesome job from the first to the very last minute. The Internet router died - as we all know things like that happen. Guess what it took no more than an hour and Bettina and her husband got to Cannes, ordered a brand new router and got it up and running. Just so you know it would take at least 2 days if you had to go the "official rout" of the french provider. And you feel that kind of professional support all over. The aircon is silent, the furniture top notch, the kitchen has everything you need - and the best bottle opener :)

We did not have a car because we wanted to just hang out. But we grabbed a rental car on the last day and went down to Saint Tropez, the 1 Billion $ harbor. There is no place in the world where you see those yachts all on the same spot. Not in Marbella, not in Acapulco, not in Kuwait, not here in San Francisco, not in Singapore or Sydney. This is "Euro Zone" ha ha ha

We are now back home in (cold) California - and we will definitely come back.

We loved this apartment and was perfect for our needs. Centrally located, clean and really well equipped it would be great for colleagues on a business trip or small families. The added bonus was access to Sky although the wifi didn't work but this was a minor point. Would definitely stay again! :)

Anyway, got a new wifi box last week and all running smoothly now and confirmed by last clients. I am so glad you otherwise liked everything at L'AZUR and would love to see you back again as soon as possible. Please remember to also look at p72367. Le Nostalgique is bigger with 2 balconies and 1 terrace. Also 2 brand new en suite shower rooms with very spacious showers. Keep in touch!
