Enjoy the magnificent views of the Saugatuck Harbor from this spacious 3 bedroom multi-level home with a separate Carriage House. Thoughtfully decorated throughout with an eclectic mix of contemporary pieces from the past and all the most modern conveniences of style and comfort, this resort home sure to please the discriminating palate.

Entertaining comes easy in the spacious open floor plan, including a fully equipped kitchen with a wraparound breakfast bar with seating for 6. The remainder of the room divides nicely into a conversation area focused around the wood burning fireplace and an entertainment area centered on a large flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling windows throughout offer views of the harbor no matter where you choose to be. Those needing more activity will appreciate the walk-out lower level with a pool table and another entertainment area centered on a flat screen TV and second wood burning fireplace.

The main house accommodates 8 people in three bedrooms. A master bedroom on the main level offers a Queen Bed and full private bath. A second bedroom on the main level has a Queen Bed. A full bath is accessible from the hall. The walk-out lower level has a third bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the family room. There is also a full bath on this level.

A highlight to this property is the remodeled Carriage House. The open floor plan offers sleeping for 4 with a Queen Bed and Queen Sofa Sleeper. Perfect for part of the group that desires a little more privacy. Offering a full high end kitchen and bath, one can be fully sufficient. The large deck faces east catching glimpses of the harbor.

With gorgeous views day and night, you may want to take most of our entertaining outside. The expansive deck offers ample seating for dining and relaxing and comes complete with a gas grill. The large yard is perfect for running around or tossing a ball for the dog – yes, this house is dog friendly! Wrap up your evenings with a relaxing soak in the hot tub or a more social gathering around the built –in fire pit.

Only a short ride in one direction down Ferry Street and you are at Oval Beach and in the other direction is Douglas Beach! Whether you prefer a short drive or a memorable trip across the harbor on the Chain Ferry, downtown Saugatuck and Douglas are just minutes away!

Harbor view also had a private dock which can accommodate small boats and jet skis. Please disclose in advance if you plan on using this amenity to we can assure a good fit.

Lakeshore Lodging was most helpful in providing information about what was provided and what to expect at Harborview. The property was beautiful, and meticulously kept. Requests were met in a timely and accommodating way. The home was beautiful, quality furnishings, and necessities and amenities for our stay were provided. The kitchen was very well equipped with high quality appliances, barbeque, dishes, etc. The view from the deck, patio and great room was spectacular, night and day. Harborview's access to Oval Beach, Douglas Beach and the chain ferry made its location convenient to the local attractions for us. The carriage house worked well for our large family get-together.

Our check-in was so easy, like three papers to sign and then handed the keys. Check out was even better leave keys, lock door and call the 800 no. The place is absolutly lovely, we had our 3 grown children and thier spouses and 3 grandbabies and never felt crowded. The place is wonderful with how the bedrooms are set up. Almost like everyone has their own private suite. Hot tub got used alot also the firepit in the evening was wonderful to have. The t.v. didnt even get turned on even though we have big football fans. Fantastic view of harbor!!
